我又聽見有大聲音從寶座上傳來，說：「看哪，神的居所在人間，神將要與人一同居住。他們將要做他的子民，神將要親自與他們同在，做他們的神。神要從他們的眼中抹去一切淚水。將來不再有死亡，也不再有悲傷、哭泣或痛苦，因為先前的事已經過去了。」

因此他們在神的寶座前，日夜在他的聖所中事奉他。那位坐在寶座上的也將庇護他們：他們將不再飢餓，也不再乾渴；太陽或任何炎熱也不會傷到他們；因為在寶座中的羔羊將牧養他們，領他們到生命水的泉源；神要從他們的眼中抹去一切淚水。」

一個人如果要服事我，就當跟從我；我在哪裡，我的僕人也將要在哪裡。如果有人服事我，父將尊重他。

我如果去為你們預備了地方，就會再來，接你們到我那裡，好使我在哪裡，你們也能在哪裡。

城中必有人居住，不再有命定的滅絕，耶路撒冷的居民必安然居住。

至於我，我要在公義中仰望你的臉；當我醒來時，就因你的形像而滿足。

錫安的居民哪，你們當高聲歡呼，因為以色列的聖者在你們當中是至大的！」

在城中我沒有看見聖所，因為主、神、全能者和羔羊就是城的聖所。這城不需要太陽和月亮來照耀，因為神的榮耀照亮她，而羔羊就是她的燈。

你使我明白生命的路途；在你面前有滿足的喜樂，在你的右手中有永久的美福。

那時王要對在左邊的人說：『你們這些被詛咒的人！離開我！進到那已經為魔鬼和他的使者們所預備好的永遠的火裡去！

父啊，我在哪裡，願你所賜給我的人也能與我在哪裡，好讓他們能看見你所賜給我的榮耀，因為你在創世以前就愛我了。

那人說：「我在園子裡聽見你的聲音就害怕，因為我是赤身的；於是我躲藏了。」耶和華說：「誰告訴你，你是赤身的呢？難道你吃了我吩咐你『不可吃』的那棵樹的果實嗎？」那人說：「你賜給我那與我在一起的女人——她把那棵樹上的果實給了我，我就吃了。」耶和華神對女人說：「你做的這是什麼呢？」女人說：「那蛇引誘了我，我就吃了。」
