天使又指示我一道明亮如水晶的生命水的河流，从神和羊羔的宝座那里流出来，

他在木头上亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然不活在罪中，就可以为义而活。因他受的鞭伤，你们就得了医治。

那些洗净自己袍子的人是有福的！他们可以有权到生命树那里，也可以从门进到城里。

耶和华神使各样的树从地上长起来，能悦人的眼目，也好作食物。园子中间又有生命树，和知善恶树。

他又对我说：“这水要向东方的地区流出去，下到亚拉巴，流入死海。这水流入死海，就使海里的水变淡（“变淡”原文作“得医治”）。那时，这河流过的地方，所有滋生的动物都可以存活。这水流到哪里，哪里就有许多鱼；因为这河流到哪里，海水就变淡，一切都可以存活。必有渔夫站在河边，从隐．基底直到隐．以革莲，都是晒网的地方。各类的鱼都像大海里的鱼那样多。只有沼泽和洼地的水不能变淡，留作产盐之用。在河这边和那边的岸上，都必有各种果树生长，可作食物，树上的叶子不枯干，果子也不断绝。每月必结出新果子，因为树所需的水是从圣所里流出来的。树上的果子可作食物，叶子可以治病。”

耶和华神说：“那人和我们中间的一个相似，能知善恶；现在恐怕他伸出手来，摘取生命树上的果子吃，就永远活着。”耶和华神就把他赶出伊甸园，去耕种他自己也是从那里出来的地土。于是把亚当驱逐出去，又派基路伯在伊甸园的东边，拿着旋转发火焰的剑，把守到生命树去的路。

然后，他带我回到圣殿的门口。有水正从殿的门槛往下流出来，向东流去，因为圣殿是朝东的。这水从殿的右边，从祭坛的南边下面流出来。

对紧握智慧的人来说，智慧是生命树，凡是紧抓智慧的，都是有福的。

如果有人从这书上的预言删减什么，神必从这书上所记的生命树和圣城删去他的分。

列国要藉着城的光行走，地上的众王要把他们的荣华带到这城来。

十二个门是十二颗珍珠，每一个门是用一颗珍珠做的。城里的街道是纯金的，好像透明的玻璃。

可是，对你们敬畏我名的人，必有公义的太阳升起来；它的光线有医治的功能；你们必出来跳跃，像栏里的肥牛犊。”

他的道路，我看见了，我却要医治他，引导他，把安慰赏赐他和他的哀悼者。我创造嘴唇的果子：平安，平安，归给远处的人，也归给近处的人。”耶和华说：“我要医治他。”

他医好伤心的人，裹好他们的伤处。

“我必医治他们背道的病，甘心乐意爱他们，因为我的怒气已经远离他们了。

“主的灵在我身上，因为他膏我去传福音给贫穷的人，差遣我去宣告被掳的得释放，瞎眼的得看见，受压制的得自由，

你要使这子民的心思迟钝（“迟钝”直译是“蒙脂油”），耳朵不灵，眼睛昏暗，免得他们眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里明白，回转过来，得到医治。”

耶和华啊！求你医治我，我就得医治；求你拯救我，我就得拯救；因为你是我所赞美的。
