I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

惟國與權、及天下萬邦之尊顯、必咸畀於至上者之聖民、其國為永久之國、凡秉權者、必服事順從之、

我視之、見有座設立、一年高者坐焉、衣皜如雪、髮潔若純粹之羊毛、火炎其座、烈燄其輪、

皆唱新歌曰、爾堪取卷而啟其印、因爾見殺、曾以爾血、自各族各方各民各國之中、購人以歸上帝、使之為國、為祭司、歸我上帝、且王於地、

俾爾在我國、飲食於我席、爾亦將居於位、鞫以色列十二支焉、

與於第一復起者、福且聖矣、二次之死無權於彼、將為上帝及基督之祭司、與基督共王千年、○

不復有夜、無需燈光日光、蓋主上帝光耀之、且彼眾秉權、以至世世、○

我約翰、爾曹之兄弟、與爾共與耶穌之難與國與忍者、為上帝之道及耶穌之證、昔在一島曰拔摩、

既為子、則為嗣、即上帝嗣、與基督同為嗣、若與之同苦、亦必與之同榮、○

當彼列王時、天上上帝必立一國、永不見滅、其權不歸他族、將毀前之諸國、而盡滅之、其國恆存弗替、

諸兄弟因羔之血並所證之道勝之、乃不愛己生以至於死也、

其證既畢、自淵而上之獸、將與之戰、勝而殺之、

在耶和華大而可畏之日未至以先、我必遣先知以利亞詣爾、

門徒問曰、士子言以利亞必先至、何也、曰、以利亞果至、興復諸事、我語汝、以利亞已至、而人不之識、任意待之、人子亦將受其害、門徒始悟所言、乃指施洗約翰也、○

乃命侍衛一人、取約翰首、遂斬之於獄、

分封之君希律、聞耶穌所行、則躊躇、因有謂約翰自死而起、有謂以利亞顯見、有謂古先知之一復起、希律曰、約翰我已斬之、今所聞如此、斯人果誰耶、遂欲見之、○

人多顚躓、相陷相憾、

彼將以以利亞之性與能、行於主前、使為父者之心、轉向其子、逆者從義者之智、為主備適宜之民、

我將使我二證者、衣麻預言、凡一千二百六十日、

爾所見之獸昔有今無、且將自淵而上、歸於淪亡、宅地之人、其名自創世時未錄於維生之册者、見獸昔有今無且將復來、則必奇之、

其痛苦之煙上騰、以至世世、凡拜獸與其像、及受其名之印誌者、晝夜無憩息也、

越三日有半、生氣出自上帝者入之、遂起立、觀者大懼、

若彼之見棄、為斯世復和於上帝、則其見納也、豈非自死而生乎、

乃問之曰、士子言以利亞必先至、何歟、

惟希律則曰、我所斬之約翰起矣、

悉行前獸之權於其前、又使地與宅地之人、拜劇創得愈之前獸、又行大兆於人前、使火自天降地、因所予行於獸前之兆、以惑宅地之人、告之宜造刃傷仍生之獸像、又予之權、使以生氣賦於像、使之能言、且令凡不拜獸像者見殺、亦令卑與尊、貧與富、主與僕、皆受印誌、或於右手、或於額上、若無其印誌、即獸之名、或其名之數、則不得買與賣也、

第七使者吹之、自天遂有大聲云、世之國已為我主及其基督所有、彼將秉權以至世世、

頃之、世不復見我、惟爾見我、以我生、爾亦必生、

我又見若玻璃海、雜以火、有獲勝於獸及其像與其名數而來者、皆傍海而立、執上帝之琴、
