我又見死者、若大若小、立於寶座前、有書開展、又別有一書開展、即生命之書、死者皆憑書所錄、按其行為而受審判、

信而領洗者得救、不信者定罪、

信之者不定罪、不信之者已定罪、以其不信天主獨生子之名、夫光臨世、而人因所行者惡、愛暗而不愛光、定罪之故、即在此也、

投於火爐、在彼必有哀哭切齒、
