我看見死了的人、大的小的、都站在寶座前：案卷都展開了。另有一卷是生命冊、也展開了。死了的人、都從這些案卷所記的、照他們所行的受審判。

我見死者尊與卑均立座前、諸書遂展、又有他書展焉、即維生之書也、死者依其行、如書所載而被鞫、

我見死人、自尊逮卑、立於位前、典籍與生命之書、盡展、死人被鞫、視其行為、依書所錄、

我又見死者、若大若小、立於寶座前、有書開展、又別有一書開展、即生命之書、死者皆憑書所錄、按其行為而受審判、

吾又見已亡者、無大無小、肅立座前、案卷悉展、另有一卷亦展、即生命冊也。亡者皆各按其卷中所載之行實而處分焉。

因為我們眾人都必須在基督的審判臺前顯露出來，叫各人、照他所習行的、或好或壞、得回由身體所作的事。

人子將要帶着他父的榮耀同他的天使來臨，那時他必照各人的行為報應各人。

有火河發出，從寶座前面流出來；伺候他的有千千，侍立在他面前的有萬萬；審判者坐着要開庭，案卷都展開着。

我必以死亡擊殺她的兒女；眾教會就知道我是探索透人肺腑腎腸的；我必照你們的行為將各人所應得的報給你們。

因為人所作的一切事、上帝都必審判；為了一切隱藏的事，或好或壞，人人都必受審。

得勝的必這樣披着白衣；我決不從生命冊上擦掉他的名；我必在我父面前、和我父的眾使者面前、承認他的名。

『我永恆主是察透人心、試驗人心腸的；我照各人所行的路，照他作事的結果來報應他。』

但是你為甚麼論斷你的弟兄呢？你又為甚麼藐視你的弟兄呢？我們眾人都必站在上帝的審判臺前呢。經上記着說：『主說：我指着永活的我來起誓，眾膝都要向我屈跪，眾舌都要承認上帝為至尊。』這樣看來，我們各人都必將自己的事向上帝供明啊。

列國發怒，但你報應之怒臨到了；死人受判罰的時候到了；你將賞報賜給你的僕人們、神言人們和聖徒、以及敬畏你名的人、小的大的、時候到了；你毁壞那些敗壞大地的人、時候到了！』

『你看吧，我必快來；我的賞報在我這兒；我必照各人所行的報應各人。

於是海便交出了其中的死人；死亡和陰間也交出了其中的死人；他們都照各人所行的受審判。

『那時負責護衛你本國子民的大天使長米迦勒必站立起來。必有一個遭難時期，從有國以來直到那時、未曾有過的。但那時你本國的子民中、凡查到被記錄在冊上的、必蒙搭救。長眠在塵土之地裏的必有很多人復醒過來；其中有的必得永生，有的必受羞辱、永被憎惡。

一切住在地上的人、名字沒有記在世界創立以來被屠宰的羔羊之生命冊上的、都必拜獸。

一切俗污之物、和行可憎行虛謊的人、決不得以進城；只有名字寫在羔羊生命冊上的人才得進去。

主啊，堅愛也屬於你；因為是你、按各人所行的報應各人。

我看見有一個白色的大寶座和那坐在上面的；地和天都從他面前逃避了；再也找不着其位置了。

願你按他們的所作所為，按他們行為之邪惡、待他們；願你照他們的手所作的待他們；將他們該得的報應加給他們。

就有聲音從寶座上發出、說：『上帝的眾僕人哪，一切敬畏他的、小的大的、你們都頌讚我們的上帝哦！』

死既藉着一人而有，死人之復活就藉着一人而有了。眾人怎樣在亞當裏都死了，眾人也必怎樣在基督裏活過來。是各人按着適當的等次：初熟果子是基督；後來是屬基督的，就在他御臨的時候；

那時他必照各人的行為報應各人：

願他們從生命冊上被塗抹，不得和義人一同被記錄。

是的，我也求你、真的負軛同伴哪，你要協助這兩個婦人歸於一致；因為她們在福音上曾經和我、也同革利免和我其餘的同工、共同競鬥；他們的名字都在生命冊上。

我們本着主的話告訴你們一件事：我們這些蒙存留到主御臨時還活着的人、斷不能在那些長眠着的人之先；因為主必親自從天上降臨，有發令的吶喊，有天使長的聲音，有上帝的號筒，那些在基督裏死了的人必先復起，然後我們這蒙存留還活着的人才和他們一同被攫在雲裏，在空中迎接主。這樣，我們就永遠與主同在了。

你的計畫宏大，你的作為有大能，你的眼睜開着、在察看着世人一切所行的，要照各人所行的、照他所作所為的結果來報應各人。

耶穌對馬大說：『我、就是復活，就是生命。信我的人就使死了，也必活過來；凡活着而信我的人、必定永遠不死：你信這個麼？』

你所看見的獸、先前有、如今沒有，牠將要從無底坑上來、而走向着滅亡。住在地上的人、其名字從世界創立以來沒有記在生命冊上的、見那先前有、如今沒有、將來還要有的獸、都必驚奇。

你若說：『啊，我不知道這事』，那麼、那衡量人心的、他豈不明白麼？那看管你性命的、他豈不知道麼？他豈不按各人所行的來報應各人麼？

然而不要因靈順服了你們而歡喜，卻要因你們的名字記錄在天上而歡喜。』

你們別把這事看作希奇了；因為時候必到，那時凡在墳墓裏的、都必聽他的聲音而出來；行善的去到有生命之復活中，作壞事的去到受定罪之復活裏。

我對上帝存着這些人自己也存着的盼望，就是：將來必有復活，不但義人的復活，而且不義之人的復活。

所以定時未到以前、甚麼都不要論斷了；只等主來，他不但要照明暗中的隱密事，也要顯露人心中的計謀；那時應得的稱讚、自會由上帝分給各人了。

不可說：『人怎樣待我，我也怎樣待他；我要照他所行的報復他。』
