吾又見已亡者、無大無小、肅立座前、案卷悉展、另有一卷亦展、即生命冊也。亡者皆各按其卷中所載之行實而處分焉。

蓋我眾必顯於基督座前、各依身之所行、或善或惡而受報、○

蓋人子將以父之榮、偕厥使而來、依人所行而報之、

火川出於其前、服役者千千、侍立者萬萬、鞫事已備、書卷悉展、

且斃其子女、俾諸會知我乃察人心腸者、依爾曹所行而施之也、

蓋人之所為、及諸隱微之事、或善或惡、上帝必鞫之、

獲勝者亦將如是衣白衣、我必不塗其名於維生之册、而認之於我父及諸使者前、

我耶和華鑒察人之心意、試驗人之衷懷、按其所行之途、所結之實、而加報施、

爾何擬議兄弟乎、爾何輕視兄弟乎、我眾必皆立於上帝鞫位前、記有之、主曰、我指己生而言、萬膝必跽我、萬口必頌我、是以我儕必各陳己事於上帝、○

列邦逞怒、爾之怒遂臨、鞫乎死者、且賞賚爾僕、諸先知諸聖徒、及畏爾名者、或卑或尊、又敗壞乎敗壞於地者、其時已屆矣、○

我必速至、攜其值、各依其工而報之、

海及死與陰府、亦出其中之死者、各依其行而被鞫、

斯時也、護衛爾民之大君米迦勒將興、亦有大難、自有國以來、迄於是日、未之有也、其時爾民之中、凡名錄於册者、必蒙拯救、長眠於塵土者、多有復醒、得永生者有之、蒙羞而受永辱者有之、

宅地之人、其名自創世時未錄於見殺之羔維生之册者、皆將拜獸、

凡不潔可憎及誑者、決不得入、惟錄於羔之維生書者入焉、

主歟、慈惠亦屬爾、爾依人所行而報之兮、

我又見一座大而且白、及居其上者、地與天自其前而遁、不得其所、

願爾按其所為、與其惡行而罰之、依其手所作、及所應受者而報之兮、

有聲自座出、曰、凡為其僕而畏之者、卑與尊皆宜頌我上帝、

既因乎人而致死、亦因乎人而致死者復起、蓋如在亞當而眾死、亦在基督而眾復生、但各依其序、基督為先、次則屬基督者、於其臨格時也、

各依其行而報之、

願彼塗於生命册、不與義人同錄兮、

又求我真侶、助此二婦、以其昔與我及革利免、並其餘之同勞、協力於福音、名錄於維生之書者、○

我以主言告爾、迨主臨時、我儕生存者、不先乎已寢者、蓋主將以大呼、與天使長之聲、及上帝之角、自天而降、則宗基督而死者必先起、厥後我儕之生存者、將偕彼眾見攝於雲際、迎主於天空、遂與主永偕矣、

經綸維大、作為有能、爾目洞察世人之道、按其所由之途、所結之果、而加報施、

耶穌曰、復起者我也、生者亦我也、信我者雖死必生、生而信我者永不死、爾信斯乎、

爾所見之獸昔有今無、且將自淵而上、歸於淪亡、宅地之人、其名自創世時未錄於維生之册者、見獸昔有今無且將復來、則必奇之、

爾若曰、此非我所知、而權衡人心者、豈不度之、保佑爾命者、豈不知之、豈不依人所行而報之、

然毋以諸鬼服爾為喜、當以爾名錄於天為喜、○

勿以此為奇、時至、凡墓中者將聞其聲而出、行善者、復起得生、行惡者、復起見鞫、○

且於上帝有望、無論義與不義、皆將復起、亦如彼所冀者也、

是以時未至、俱勿擬、待主臨、必彰暗中之隱、發眾心之謀、各由上帝得其褒也、○

勿謂人若何待我、我亦若何待人、必如其所行而報之、
