吾又見已亡者、無大無小、肅立座前、案卷悉展、另有一卷亦展、即生命冊也。亡者皆各按其卷中所載之行實而處分焉。

因为我们大家都必须站在基督的审判台前，好使每个人都为自己藉着身体所做的，或善或恶，领受回报。

人子将要在他父的荣耀中，与他的天使们一起来临。那时候，他要按照各人的所作所为回报每个人。

从他面前有一条火河涌流而出；事奉他的有千千，侍立在他面前的有万万；庭审已经开始，书卷都打开了。

我要用瘟疫击杀她的儿女，这样各教会就将知道我就是洞察情感和心思的那一位；我也要照着你们的行为回报你们每个人。

要知道，人所做的每一件事，包括一切隐藏的事，无论是善是恶，神都必审判。

那得胜的，将要同样穿上白衣，我绝不从生命册上抹去他的名字；而且我将要在我父面前、在我父的众天使面前，承认他的名字。

至于你，为什么评断你的弟兄呢？又为什么藐视你的弟兄呢？要知道，我们都要站在神的审判台前，因为经上记着：“主说：我指着我的永生起誓，万膝将向我跪下，万口将承认神。”由此可见，我们每个人都要把自己的事向神做出交代。

列国发怒了，可是你的震怒临到了，你审判死人的时候到了，你向你的奴仆先知们、圣徒们、敬畏你名的人，无论卑微尊贵，赐报偿的时候到了，你毁灭那些败坏大地之人的时候也到了。”

“看哪，我快要来了！我带着报偿，要按照各人的行为回报每个人。

于是，海洋交出了其中的死人，死亡和阴间也交出了其中的死人；每个人都照着自己的行为受审判。

“末后的时期，守护你子民的伟大护卫天使米迦勒必站出来；并且会有一段患难的时期，自从有国家以来直到那时候未曾有过；末后的时期，你的子民中凡是被记在那册子上的，都必得救。睡在尘土中的众人必醒来：有的得永远的生命，有的蒙受羞辱，永远被憎恶。

住在地上的人，凡是名字从创世以来没有记在那被杀羔羊的生命册上的，都将膜拜它。

凡是不洁净的，行可憎和虚假之事的人，绝不能进到城内；唯有名字被记在羔羊生命册上的才能进去。

主啊，慈爱也在于你，因为你照着各人所做的回报他。

接着，我看见一个白色的大宝座和坐在它上面的那一位。地和天都从他面前逃避，连它们的地方也找不到了。

求你照着他们的作为，照着他们所行的邪恶对待他们；求你照着他们手所做的对待他们，把他们应得的报应加给他们！

随后，有声音从宝座上传来，说：“神所有的奴仆们哪，所有敬畏他的，无论卑微尊贵，你们要赞美我们的神！”

因为死亡既然是由一个人而来，死人的复活也是由一个人而来。原来，就像在亚当里所有的人都死了，照样，在基督里所有的人也都将得以复活，不过每个人要按着自己的次序：初熟的果子是基督；然后他来临的时候，是那些属于基督的人；

神将照着各人的行为回报各人：

愿他们从生命册上被抹掉，不要让他们与义人一同被记录。

是的，我真诚的同伴哪！我也请求你帮助她们两位。她们在福音工作上曾经与我、克莱门斯，和我的其他同工们一起奋战，这些人的名字都在生命册上。

的确，我们现在照着主的话告诉你们这一点：我们这些活着存留到主来临的人，绝不会在那些已经睡了的人之先，因为在发令的呼喊声中，在天使长的声音和神的号角声中，主要亲自从天降临，而且那些在基督里死去的人要先复活，然后我们这些还活着存留的人，要与他们一同被提到云里，在空中与主相会。这样，我们就要永远与主在一起了。

耶稣对她说：“我就是复活，我就是生命。信我的人，即使死了，也将要活。所有活着而信我的人绝不会死，直到永远。你信这话吗？”

你所看见的那兽，先前在而现今不在，并将要从无底坑里上来，然后走向灭亡。住在地上的人，凡是名字从创世以来没有被记在生命册上的，看见那先前在而现今不在，并将要出现的兽时，都会感到惊奇。

如果你说：“看哪，我不知道这事！”难道衡量人心的那一位不了解吗？难道守护你灵魂的那一位不知道吗？难道他不照着各人所做的回报各人吗？

但不要因为邪灵服从了你们就欢喜，要因为你们的名字已经被记录在天上而欢喜。”

你们不要为此感到惊奇：时候就要到了！那时所有在坟墓里的人，都会听到他的声音，并且要出来——行善的人复活得生命，作恶的人复活被定罪。

我对神所怀有的盼望也是这些人自己所期望的，就是义人和不义的人将来都要复活。

所以时候没有到，在主来临之前，不要评断任何事；主将照亮黑暗中隐秘的事，显明人心里的计划。那时候，称赞将从神那里临到各人。

不可说：“人怎样对待我，我也怎样对待他；我要照着他所做的报复他。”
