And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

他用强有力的声音呼喊说：“倾倒了！大巴比伦倾倒了！成了鬼魔的住处，各样污灵的监狱，一切污秽可憎之雀鸟的牢笼，

他用强有力的声音呼喊说：“倒塌了！大巴比伦倒塌了！她成了鬼魔居住的地方、一切污灵的巢穴、一切污秽鸟类的巢穴、一切污秽可憎野兽的巢穴。

他用強有力的聲音喊着說：『大巴比倫傾覆了！傾覆了！成了鬼魔居住的所在，各樣污穢之靈的巢穴，各樣污穢可恨之鳥的巢穴了。

他用強有力的聲音呼喊說：「倒塌了！大巴比倫倒塌了！她成了鬼魔居住的地方、一切汙靈的巢穴、一切汙穢鳥類的巢穴、一切汙穢可憎野獸的巢穴。

大聲呼曰、傾矣乎、傾矣乎、大巴比倫也、成為羣魔之居所、及凡邪鬼與污鳥可憎者之囹圄、

大聲呼曰、巴比倫大邑、其傾圮乎、其傾圮乎、今為鬼所居、及一切邪神不潔可憎之鳥樊籠、

大聲呼曰、巴比倫大邑、傾矣、傾矣、今為鬼魔居處、並為諸邪神邪神或作不潔之神及諸不潔可憎之鳥所棲、

大聲而呼曰：傾矣乎！傾矣乎！巍巍巴比倫！昔為大都邑、今成魑魅村；邪神聚幽藪、惡鳥集荒榛。

With a mighty voice he shouted:“‘ Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’ She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.

With a mighty voice he shouted,“‘ Fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen!’( Isaiah 21:9) She has become a place where demons live. She has become a den for every evil spirit. She has become a place where every‘ unclean’ bird is found. She has become a place where every‘ unclean’ and hated animal is found.

And he called out with a mighty voice,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.

He gave a mighty shout:“ Babylon is fallen— that great city is fallen! She has become a home for demons. She is a hideout for every foul spirit, a hideout for every foul vulture and every foul and dreadful animal.

He called out in a mighty voice: It has fallen, Babylon the Great has fallen! She has become a home for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, and a haunt for every unclean and despicable beast.

And he cried out with a mighty voice, saying,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird.

And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying,“ Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and is become a habitation of demons, and a hold of every unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird.

He cried in a mighty voice: It has fallen, Babylon the Great has fallen! She has become a dwelling for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, and a haunt for every unclean and despicable beast.

He shouted with a powerful voice:“ Fallen, fallen, is Babylon the great! She has become a lair for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detested beast.

He cried with a mighty voice, saying,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and she has become a habitation of demons, a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird!

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

And Babylon shall become heaps, a dwellingplace for dragons, an astonishment, and an hissing, without an inhabitant.

Therefore the wild beasts of the desert with the wild beasts of the islands shall dwell[ there], and the owls shall dwell therein: and it shall be no more inhabited for ever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.As God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour[ cities] thereof, saith the LORD;[ so] shall no man abide there, neither shall any son of man dwell therein.

Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.

And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, all the beasts of the nations: both the cormorant and the bittern shall lodge in the upper lintels of it;[ their] voice shall sing in the windows; desolation[ shall be] in the thresholds: for he shall uncover the cedar work.

The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD[ will be] the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

Who had[ his] dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any[ man] tame him.And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.

And upon her forehead[ was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there.And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in[ their] pleasant palaces: and her time[ is] near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast[ it] into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none[ shall be] there, and all her princes shall be nothing.And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons,[ and] a court for owls.The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.

So Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that should come upon Babylon,[ even] all these words that are written against Babylon.And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, and shalt see, and shalt read all these words;Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever.And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book,[ that] thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise from the evil that I will bring upon her: and they shall be weary. Thus far[ are] the words of Jeremiah.

And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs[ come] out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in[ any] house, but in the tombs.When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus,[ thou] Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.

And cried with a loud voice, as[ when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.

And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Therefore prophesy thou against them all these words, and say unto them, The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread[ the grapes], against all the inhabitants of the earth.

And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights:And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men,[ with] a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

And these[ are they which] ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they[ are] an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;Every raven after his kind;And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
