If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, of which he spoke to you, saying,“ Let’s go after other gods”( which you have not known)“ and let’s serve them,”

One of his heads looked like it had been wounded fatally. His fatal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled at the beast.

for the great day of his wrath has come; and who is able to stand?”

I heard the altar saying,“ Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments.”

The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, And a great slaughter in the land of Edom.The wild oxen will come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land will be drunken with blood, and their dust made greasy with fat.For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

even he whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

Now in those days, a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be enrolled.

Who is this who comes from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? Who is this who is glorious in his clothing, marching in the greatness of his strength?“ It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”Why is your clothing red, and your garments like him who treads in the wine vat?“ I have trodden the wine press alone. After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land that is brought back from the sword, that is gathered out of many peoples, on the mountains of Israel, which have been a continual waste; but it is brought out of the peoples, and they will dwell securely, all of them.You will ascend. You will come like a storm. You will be like a cloud to cover the land, you, and all your hordes, and many peoples with you.”“‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ It will happen in that day that things will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.You will say,‘ I will go up to the land of unwalled villages. I will go to those who are at rest, who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,to take the plunder and to take prey; to turn your hand against the waste places that are inhabited, and against the people who are gathered out of the nations, who have gotten livestock and goods, who dwell in the middle of the earth.’
