當時有雲彩遮蓋着會棚，永恆主的榮耀充滿着那帳幕。摩西不能進會棚，因為有雲彩如帳幕停在那上頭，永恆主的榮耀充滿着那帳幕。

當祭司們從聖所出來的時候，有雲充滿着永恆主的殿；因着那雲的緣故，祭司們都不能站着供職，因為永恆主的榮光充滿着永恆主的殿。

永恆主的聲音使篤耨香樹旋轉，使森林中的樹木脫落淨光；凡在他殿堂中的都說：『榮耀！』

這兩種人當主來的時候必擔受刑罰、永世的死滅、跟主的面和他有力量的榮耀分離。當那日子他必在聖徒身上得榮耀，也必在一切信眾身上被讚為希奇；因為我們對你們所作的見證、真地已蒙你們相信了。

我看見另有一個迹象在天上、大而且奇，有七位天使掌管着七種災殃、是末後的災殃，因為上帝的震怒是在這些災殃上頭發盡的。

極深哪！上帝智慧與知識之豐富啊！他的判斷、多麼不能探索啊！他的道路、多麼追蹤不盡啊！

在他鼻孔裏有煙往上冒，從他口中有火焚燒着；連炭也因而着起來。他使天下垂，親自降臨；有暗霧在他腳下。他騎着基路伯而飛行，憑風的翅膀突飛猛攫。他以黑暗為他的隱匿處、他四圍的幕棚；他以水的黑暗、天空的密雲、為帳幕。他的密雲、冰雹及火炭、都從他面前的光輝經過。永恆主在天上打雷；至高者發出他的聲音，冰雹及火炭。他射出他的箭來，使仇敵四散；他閃了閃電使他們潰亂。

你以密雲遮蔽着自己，以致人的禱告不能透入。

永恆主對我說：『就使有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前來代求，我的心也不向着這人民。從我面前給打發走，叫他們出去！
