與真實無妄之見證、死者中最先復活、而統治世間萬王者、耶穌基督、降爾聖寵、錫爾平安、

并那诚实作见证的、从死里首先复活、为世上君王元首的耶稣基督，有恩惠、平安归与你们！他爱我们，用自己的血使我们脱离罪恶，

又从那信实的见证人、死人中首先复生的、地上众君王的统治者耶稣基督临到你们。他爱我们，用自己的血把我们从我们的罪中释放出来，

从那信实的见证者、死人中首先复活的、地上众君王的元首耶稣基督，临到你们！他爱我们，用自己的血，把我们从我们的罪孽中释放出来，

並那誠實作見證的、從死裏首先復活、為世上君王元首的耶穌基督，有恩惠、平安歸與你們！他愛我們，用自己的血使我們脫離罪惡，

又從那信實的見證人、死人中首先復生的、地上眾君王的統治者耶穌基督臨到你們。他愛我們，用自己的血把我們從我們的罪中釋放出來，

又從耶穌基督、那忠信的捨生作證者、死人中活起來的首生者、地上諸王的元首、得恩惠平安。他愛我們，用他的血解放了我們脫離我們的罪；

從那信實的見證者、死人中首先復活的、地上眾君王的元首耶穌基督，臨到你們！他愛我們，用自己的血，把我們從我們的罪孽中釋放出來，

並自耶穌基督、即忠信之證、由死而首生、為世上諸王之主者也、彼愛我儕、以其血釋我諸罪、

暨為死更生者之始、冠百王而立極、作真實無妄之證耶穌基督、賜爾恩寵平康、

及誠信之證者、自死中首先復活者、為天下萬王之元首者耶穌基督、得恩寵平康、

and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood,

May grace and peace come to you from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness, so what he has shown can be trusted. He was the first to rise from the dead. He rules over the kings of the earth. Glory and power belong to Jesus Christ who loves us! He has set us free from our sins by pouring out his blood for us.

and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood

and from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the ruler of all the kings of the world. All glory to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding his blood for us.

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and washed us from our sins by his blood—

向我披心腹。呼我為慈親。「爾為我金湯。爾為我恩神。」

俾合力與羔羊交戰、而羔羊終必克之。羔羊乃萬主之主、萬王之王。凡蒙召承選、忠心耿耿、而與羔羊並肩作戰者、靡有不勝。

矧以基督無玷之身、憑聖神而自獻於天主之寶血、不更應滌吾人之良心於一切致死之行、俾得昭事永生之天主乎？

教會體也、基督其首也。渠實無始之始、亦首先自死中復活者也。

乃為基督之寶血。基督乃無玷無染之羔羊！

爾其寓書於樂底嘉教會之守護天神曰：彼至誠無妄為天主忠實見證、又為天主造化之乾元者、有所曉諭於爾：

即基督必遇害、且自死中復活。而真光之布於兆民萬邦、實以基督為始。』

袍上及甲上題有名號曰「萬王之王、眾主之主。」

獻珍頌美。咸蒙懷柔。萬國衣冠。齊拜冕旒。

比辣多曰：『然則汝果王乎？』耶穌曰：『爾言之矣、予固王也。我正為此而生、為此而降世、俾為真理作證；凡植根於真理者、必諳吾音。』

至於何時來臨、則惟萬福全能、眾王之王、眾主之主、依其時節、揭而示之耳。

爾其戰戰兢兢、保身保群；斯群也、即主以其寶血贖得之教會、而聖神之所以立爾為主教、以資督導也。

耶穌進前曰：『天上地下一切諸權、已賦於我。

天上三證、曰父、曰道、曰神；三者一體。地上三證、曰神、曰水、曰血；三者同德。人證吾且信之、況天主之證乎？蓋天主已為其聖子作證矣。因是、凡信天主聖子者、自有作證者寓乎其心。（或可譯其心中自有印證待攷）凡不置信於天主之證者、不啻以妄證之罪加諸天主矣。無他、天主為其聖子作證、而彼人竟莫之信也。

力行愛德、亦如基督之愛爾也。彼竟為吾人之故、慨然以身獻於天主、作為祭祀牲牷、芳氣馥馥、有如馨香。

吾既向大維。立誓見吾誠。後嗣必常興。宗室如大明。

然按諸事實、基督固已自死者中復活、而為眾寢者先薦之果矣。蓋死亡之來、由一人也；復活之興、亦由一人。眾因亞當而死、亦因基督而生。惟此中亦各按其序：基督實為先薦之果、而信奉基督者之復活、則有待乎基督之重臨；

角七鳴、天上眾音並作、相和而言曰：普天之下、率土之濱、咸歸天主、基督是君、千秋萬歲、統於一尊。

予應之曰：「公自知之。」渠乃語予曰：若輩來自憂患中、備嘗艱辛、曾藉羔羊之血、自濯其袍、所服皜皜乎不可尚已；

蓋此神力、天主實已先施於基督之身、起之於死中、升之於諸天、位之於己右、超軼乎一切爵、權、德、統、諸品天神、及今世來世一切可名之名之上。置天地萬物於其足下、立之為全教會至高無上之元首、

我在涵育萬物之天主前、復在作證於般雀‧比拉多治下之基督耶穌前、剴切諭汝、

我切實語爾、吾人所知、吾人言之；吾人所見、吾人證之；而爾曹獨不納吾證。

然富於慈悲之天主、按其愛人之大德、

蓋吾已與基督同釘於十字架、而今茲生存者、不復為我、實基督假吾而生。吾今雖尚生於形體之中、亦惟憑信德而生。蓋吾固篤信愛我而為我捐軀之天主聖子也。

爾中以前亦有屬此類者、今則已賴吾主耶穌基督之名及天主聖神之恩、而洗滌夙穢且受聖而復義矣。

免難節既近、耶穌自知離世歸父之時將至；平生篤愛其在世之徒、至是愛之彌篤、蔑以加矣。

吾以父之所以愛我者愛爾。爾其勉旃、恆保吾愛。

耶穌曰：『吾雖自證、吾證不虛、蓋予自知從何而來、向何而往；爾曹則不知予之何自何往也。爾之判斷、惟依形相、予則不判任何人、即有所判、亦靡有不真、蓋予不孤、遣予之父、實與予偕、

伯鐸祿曰：『主決不可為吾濯足！』耶穌曰：『予不汝濯、則汝無與於我。』西門伯鐸祿乃曰：『不惟吾足、且手與首！』耶穌曰：『已浴者第須濯足、而舉身皆潔。爾曹潔矣、顧亦有例外。』

彼所證者、皆屬親見親聞、而眾獨不納其證。

雖然、賴愛我者之大力、吾人已戰勝一切災害、且綽綽乎有餘裕矣。

予茲授爾以新誡、即彼此相愛是已、務以予之所以愛爾者、彼此相愛也。

為夫者當愛其妻、亦如基督之愛教會；基督為教會而舍己、以聖道和水、洗之使潔、俾其成聖、為己造就光華燦爛之教會、既無瑕疵、又無縐容、惠中秀外、玉潔冰清。
