錫安的居民啊，高聲歡呼吧！因為住在你們當中的以色列的聖者無比偉大。」

曠野和其中的城邑以及基達人居住的村莊，要一同揚聲頌讚。西拉的居民要歌唱，在山頂歡呼。

錫安城啊，歌唱吧！以色列啊，歡呼吧！耶路撒冷城啊，盡情地歡喜快樂吧！

這事以後，我聽見天上好像有一大群人在呼喊：「哈利路亞！救贖、榮耀和權能都歸於我們的上帝！
