因為你們的上帝耶和華充滿憐憫，祂不會拋棄你們，滅絕你們，也不會忘記祂與你們祖先所立的誓約。

他們唱著一首新歌：「你配拿書卷並揭開封印，因你曾被殺，用你的血從各部落、各語言族群、各民族、各國家，將人買贖回來歸給上帝。

因為我已親眼看到你的救恩，就是你為萬民所預備的救恩。

因為主這樣吩咐我們，『我已使你成為外族人的光，好把救恩帶到地極。』」

上帝要賜福我們，普天下都要敬畏祂。

耶和華顯明了祂的拯救之恩，向列邦彰顯了祂的公義。

祂沒有忘記與他們立的約，因祂偉大無比的愛而憐憫他們。

所以你們當知道，上帝的救恩已經傳給了外族人，他們也必聽。」

你們要知道，基督為了上帝的真理成為猶太人的僕人，好實現上帝對猶太人祖先們的應許，使外族人也因祂的憐憫而將榮耀歸給上帝。正如聖經上說：「因此，我要在列邦中讚美你，歌頌你的名。」

猶太人和希臘人並沒有分別，因為主是所有人的主，祂厚待所有求告祂的人，

你必按古時給我們列祖的誓言，以信實待雅各，以慈愛待亞伯拉罕。

普世的人啊，歸向我吧，你們必蒙拯救，因為我是獨一無二的上帝。

祂對我說：「我不僅要你做我的僕人，去復興雅各的眾支派，使以色列的餘民重歸故土，我還要使你成為外族人的光，好把我的救恩帶到地極。」

世人都要看見上帝的救恩。』」

祂扶助了自己的僕人以色列，祂要施憐憫給亞伯拉罕和他的子孫，直到永遠，正如祂對我們祖先的應許。」

我便履行我與亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各所立的約，眷顧那片土地。

但我要問，以色列人沒有聽過嗎？當然聽過。因爲「他們的聲音傳遍天下，他們的話語傳到地極。」
