居止至尊之堂奧。必得優游覆育下。

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Whoever rests in the shadow of the Most High God will be kept safe by the Mighty One.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

One who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will lodge in the shadow of the Almighty.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty.

As for you, the one who lives in the shelter of the sovereign One, and resides in the protective shadow of the mighty king–

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

How priceless your faithful love is, God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.

For he will conceal me in his shelter in the day of adversity; he will hide me under the cover of his tent; he will set me high on a rock.

Protect me as the pupil of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings

You hide them in the protection of your presence; you conceal them in a shelter from human schemes, from quarrelsome tongues.

for you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower in the face of the enemy.I will dwell in your tent forever and take refuge under the shelter of your wings. Selah

The LORD protects you; the LORD is a shelter right by your side.

Each will be like a shelter from the wind, a refuge from the rain, like flowing streams in a dry land and the shade of a massive rock in an arid land.

Lord, you have been our refuge in every generation.

Be gracious to me, God, be gracious to me, for I take refuge in you. I will seek refuge in the shadow of your wings until danger passes.

But I am like a flourishing olive tree in the house of God; I trust in God’s faithful love forever and ever.

I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like the lily and take root like the cedars of Lebanon.His new branches will spread, and his splendor will be like the olive tree, his fragrance, like the forest of Lebanon.

Then the LORD will create a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night over the entire site of Mount Zion and over its assemblies. For there will be a canopy over all the glory,and there will be a shelter for shade from heat by day and a refuge and shelter from storm and rain.

The LORD’s anointed, the breath of our life, was captured in their traps. We had said about him,“ We will live under his protection among the nations.”

He will live a good life, and his descendants will inherit the land.

Like an apricot tree among the trees of the forest, so is my love among the young men. I delight to sit in his shade, and his fruit is sweet to my taste.

“ Therefore say,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: Though I sent them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries, yet for a little while I have been a sanctuary for them in the countries where they have gone.’

He will be a sanctuary; but for the two houses of Israel, he will be a stone to stumble over and a rock to trip over, and a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

The bramble said to the trees,“ If you really are anointing me as king over you, come and find refuge in my shade. But if not, may fire come out from the bramble and consume the cedars of Lebanon.”

David assembled all the leaders of Israel in Jerusalem: the leaders of the tribes, the leaders of the divisions in the king’s service, the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of all the property and cattle of the king and his sons, along with the court officials, the fighting men, and all the best soldiers.Then King David rose to his feet and said,“ Listen to me, my brothers and my people. It was in my heart to build a house as a resting place for the ark of the LORD’s covenant and as a footstool for our God. I had made preparations to build,but God said to me,‘ You are not to build a house for my name because you are a man of war and have shed blood.’“ Yet the LORD God of Israel chose me out of all my father’s family to be king over Israel forever. For he chose Judah as leader, and from the house of Judah, my father’s family, and from my father’s sons, he was pleased to make me king over all Israel.And out of all my sons— for the LORD has given me many sons— he has chosen my son Solomon to sit on the throne of the LORD’s kingdom over Israel.He said to me,‘ Your son Solomon is the one who is to build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.I will establish his kingdom forever if he perseveres in keeping my commands and my ordinances as he is doing today.’“ So now in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of the LORD, and in the hearing of our God, observe and follow all the commands of the LORD your God so that you may possess this good land and leave it as an inheritance to your descendants forever.“ As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him wholeheartedly and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches every heart and understands the intention of every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you abandon him, he will reject you forever.Realize now that the LORD has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong, and do it.”Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the portico of the temple and its buildings, treasuries, upstairs rooms, inner rooms, and a room for the mercy seat.The plans contained everything he had in mind for the courts of the LORD’s house, all the surrounding chambers, the treasuries of God’s house, and the treasuries for what is dedicated.Also included were plans for the divisions of the priests and the Levites; all the work of service in the LORD’s house; all the articles of service of the LORD’s house;the weight of gold for all the articles for every kind of service; the weight of all the silver articles for every kind of service;the weight of the gold lampstands and their gold lamps, including the weight of each lampstand and its lamps; the weight of each silver lampstand and its lamps, according to the service of each lampstand;the weight of gold for each table for the rows of the Bread of the Presence and the silver for the silver tables;the pure gold for the forks, sprinkling basins, and pitchers; the weight of each gold dish; the weight of each silver bowl;the weight of refined gold for the altar of incense; and the plans for the chariot of the gold cherubim that spread out their wings and cover the ark of the LORD’s covenant.David concluded,“ By the LORD’s hand on me, he enabled me to understand everything in writing, all the details of the plan.”Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or abandon you until all the work for the service of the LORD’s house is finished.Here are the divisions of the priests and the Levites for all the service of God’s house. Every willing person of any skill will be at your disposal for the work, and the leaders and all the people are at your every command.”
