You have taken from me my closest friends and have made me repulsive to them. I am confined and cannot escape;

You have caused my companions to shun me; you have made me a horror to them. I am shut in so that I cannot escape;

You have driven my friends away by making me repulsive to them. I am in a trap with no way of escape.

You have distanced my friends from me; you have made me repulsive to them. I am shut in and cannot go out.

You have removed my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an object of loathing to them; I am shut up and cannot go out.

You have put away my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an abomination to them; I am shut up, and I cannot get out;

Thou hast put mine acquaintance far from me; Thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.

You have distanced my friends from me; You have made me repulsive to them. I am shut in and cannot go out.

He has walled me about, so that I can’t go out. He has made my chain heavy.Yes, when I cry, and call for help, he shuts out my prayer.He has walled up my ways with cut stone. He has made my paths crooked.

They abhor me, they stand aloof from me, and don’t hesitate to spit in my face.

Behold, he breaks down, and it can’t be built again. He imprisons a man, and there can be no release.

Look on my right, and see; for there is no one who is concerned for me. Refuge has fled from me. No one cares for my soul.

He who hates me, hates my Father also.If I hadn’t done among them the works which no one else did, they wouldn’t have had sin. But now they have seen and also hated both me and my Father.

But the governor answered them,“ Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” They said,“ Barabbas!”Pilate said to them,“ What then shall I do to Jesus, who is called Christ?” They all said to him,“ Let him be crucified!”But the governor said,“ Why? What evil has he done?” But they cried out exceedingly, saying,“ Let him be crucified!”So when Pilate saw that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying,“ I am innocent of the blood of this righteous person. You see to it.”All the people answered,“ May his blood be on us, and on our children!”

“ I have trodden the wine press alone. Of the peoples, no one was with me. Yes, I trod them in my anger and trampled them in my wrath. Their lifeblood is sprinkled on my garments, and I have stained all my clothing.
