You, Lord, showed favor to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob.

Lord, you were good to your land. You blessed the people of Jacob with great success again.

Lord, you poured out blessings on your land! You restored the fortunes of Israel.

Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.

“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Behold, I will bring back the captivity of Jacob’s tents, And have mercy on his dwelling places; The city shall be built upon its own mound, And the palace shall remain according to its own plan.

Will the Lord cast off forever? And will He be favorable no more?

“ Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:‘ Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name—

As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God.

Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, And pity His people.

All the articles of gold and silver were five thousand four hundred. All these Sheshbazzar took with the captives who were brought from Babylon to Jerusalem.Now these are the people of the province who came back from the captivity, of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, everyone to his own city.

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ They shall again use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity:‘ The Lord bless you, O home of justice, and mountain of holiness!’

When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream.Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations,“ The Lord has done great things for them.”

then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham I will remember; I will remember the land.
