so that he abandoned the tent of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men,

甚至他离弃示罗的帐幕，就是他在人间所搭的帐棚；

祂离弃了设在示罗的圣幕，就是祂在人间的居所。

他丢弃了在示罗的居所，就是他在世人中间居住的帐棚。

以致他撇弃示罗的住所，就是他在人间安居的帐篷。

甚至他離棄示羅的帳幕，就是他在人間所搭的帳棚；

甚至離棄示羅的帳幕，就是他在人間所搭的帳棚；

甚至離棄示羅的帳幕，就是他在人間所搭的帳棚；

祂離棄了設在示羅的聖幕，就是祂在人間的居所。

他丟棄了在示羅的居所，就是他在世人中間居住的帳棚。

他丟棄了示羅的帳幕，他在人間居住的帳棚；

以致他撇棄示羅的住所，就是他在人間安居的帳篷。

至離示羅之帷、人間所張之幕兮、

昔上帝在人間、擇示羅之幕以駐蹕、今則遐棄之兮、

廢棄示羅之帷幕、即天主在人間所設之居所、

飄然遠颺。離彼閟宮。

He abandoned the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent he had set up among humans.

He deserted the holy tent at Shiloh. He left the tent he had set up among his people.

He forsook his dwelling at Shiloh, the tent where he dwelt among mankind,

Then he abandoned his dwelling at Shiloh, the Tabernacle where he had lived among the people.

He abandoned the tabernacle at Shiloh, the tent where he resided among mankind.

So that He abandoned the dwelling place at Shiloh, The tent which He had pitched among people,

So that He forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, The tent He had placed among men,

So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, The tent which he placed among men;

He abandoned the tabernacle at Shiloh, the tent where He resided among men.

So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent[ which] he placed among men;

He abandoned the sanctuary at Shiloh, the tent where he lived among men.

The whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled themselves together at Shiloh, and set up the Tent of Meeting there. The land was subdued before them.

So the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of Yahweh of Armies, who sits above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.When the ark of Yahweh’s covenant came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth resounded.When the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said,“ What does the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews mean?” They understood that Yahweh’s ark had come into the camp.The Philistines were afraid, for they said,“ God has come into the camp.” They said,“ Woe to us! For there has not been such a thing before.Woe to us! Who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty gods? These are the gods that struck the Egyptians with all kinds of plagues in the wilderness.Be strong and behave like men, O you Philistines, that you not be servants to the Hebrews, as they have been to you. Strengthen yourselves like men, and fight!”The Philistines fought, and Israel was defeated, and each man fled to his tent. There was a very great slaughter; for thirty thousand footmen of Israel fell.God’s ark was taken; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were slain.

then I will make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.”’”The priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in Yahweh’s house.When Jeremiah had finished speaking all that Yahweh had commanded him to speak to all the people, the priests and the prophets and all the people seized him, saying,“ You shall surely die!Why have you prophesied in Yahweh’s name, saying,‘ This house will be like Shiloh, and this city will be desolate, without inhabitant?’” All the people were crowded around Jeremiah in Yahweh’s house.

“ But go now to my place which was in Shiloh, where I caused my name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.Now, because you have done all these works,” says Yahweh,“ and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you didn’t hear; and I called you, but you didn’t answer;therefore I will do to the house which is called by my name, in which you trust, and to the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.

This man went up out of his city from year to year to worship and to sacrifice to Yahweh of Armies in Shiloh. The two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, priests to Yahweh, were there.
