When God heard this, he was angry, and greatly abhorred Israel,

神听见就发怒，极其憎恶以色列人。

上帝听见就发怒，全然弃绝了以色列，

上帝知道了他们的恶行，怒不可遏，彻底弃绝了以色列人。

神听见就大怒，完全弃绝了以色列。

神听了就动怒，极其厌弃以色列。

上帝知道了他們的惡行，怒不可遏，徹底棄絕了以色列人。

神聽見就大怒，完全棄絕了以色列。

上帝聽見就震怒，完全棄絕了以色列人。

神聽了就動怒，極其厭棄以色列。

上帝聞之而怒、深惡以色列、

上帝聞之、其怒殊甚、於以色列族深惡之兮、

天主聞之勃然震怒、乃極厭惡以色列人、

天怒霹靂。痛絕群兇。

When God heard them, he was furious; he rejected Israel completely.

When God saw what the people were doing, he was very angry. He turned away from them completely.

Therefore Yahweh burned with anger against his people. He abhorred his inheritance.

Yahweh said,“ Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous,I will go down now, and see whether their deeds are as bad as the reports which have come to me. If not, I will know.”

Yahweh is in his holy temple. Yahweh is on his throne in heaven. His eyes observe. His eyes examine the children of men.

The Lord has cast off his altar. He has abhorred his sanctuary. He has given the walls of her palaces into the hand of the enemy. They have made a noise in Yahweh’s house, as in the day of a solemn assembly.

Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly and to break my covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their God.

Yahweh looked down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there were any who understood, who sought after God.They have all gone aside. They have together become corrupt. There is no one who does good, no, not one.Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and don’t call on Yahweh?There they were in great fear, for God is in the generation of the righteous.

I cut off the three shepherds in one month; for my soul was weary of them, and their soul also loathed me.

Yahweh saw and abhorred, because of the provocation of his sons and his daughters.

You shall not walk in the customs of the nation which I am casting out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
