And I said, This is my infirmity; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High.

我便说：“这是我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者显出右手之年代。”

我说，至高者右手的能力已改变，这是我的悲哀。

我曰、此乃我之懦弱、至上者伸右手之年、我宜念之兮、

予也返躬自思、知頃所言、反以自害兮、至上之主、在昔所為、余必思維兮、

我又云、我之災難、今雖如此、而更變苦境、仍在至上主之右手、

聖心詎能變。忘慈而懷怒。

Then I thought,“ To this I will appeal: the years when the Most High stretched out his right hand.

Then I thought,“ Here is what gives me hope. For many years the Most High God showed how powerful he is.

Then I said,“ I will appeal to this, to the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

And I said,“ This is my fate; the Most High has turned his hand against me.”

So I say,“ I am grieved that the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

Then I said,“ It is my grief, That the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

And I said,“ This is my anguish; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

So I say,“ I am grieved that the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

And I said, This[ is] my infirmity:[ but I will remember] the years of the right hand of the most High.

Then I said,“ I am sickened by the thought that the sovereign One might become inactive.

Then I thought,“ I will appeal to this: the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

As for me, I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: Nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications, When I cried unto thee.

Thy right hand, O Jehovah, is glorious in power, Thy right hand, O Jehovah, dasheth in pieces the enemy.

Who is this that hideth counsel without knowledge? Therefore have I uttered that which I understood not, Things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.

Straightway the father of the child cried out, and said, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

And I said, My strength is perished, and mine expectation from Jehovah.Remember mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is bowed down within me.This I recall to my mind; therefore have I hope.It is of Jehovah’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness.

O Jehovah, I have heard the report of thee, and am afraid: O Jehovah, revive thy work in the midst of the years; In the midst of the years make it known; In wrath remember mercy.God came from Teman, And the Holy One from mount Paran.[ Selah. His glory covered the heavens, And the earth was full of his praise.And his brightness was as the light; He had rays coming forth from his hand; And there was the hiding of his power.Before him went the pestilence, And fiery bolts went forth at his feet.He stood, and measured the earth; He beheld, and drove asunder the nations; And the eternal mountains were scattered; The everlasting hills did bow; His goings were as of old.I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction; The curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.Was Jehovah displeased with the rivers? Was thine anger against the rivers, Or thy wrath against the sea, That thou didst ride upon thy horses, Upon thy chariots of salvation?Thy bow was made quite bare; The oaths to the tribes were a sure word.[ Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.The mountains saw thee, and were afraid; The tempest of waters passed by; The deep uttered its voice, And lifted up its hands on high.The sun and moon stood still in their habitation, At the light of thine arrows as they went, At the shining of thy glittering spear.Thou didst march though the land in indignation; Thou didst thresh the nations in anger.Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, For the salvation of thine anointed; Thou woundest the head out of the house of the wicked man, Laying bare the foundation even unto the neck.[ Selah.

Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob; Neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: Jehovah his God is with him, And the shout of a king is among them.God bringeth them forth out of Egypt; He hath as it were the strength of the wild- ox.

I said in my haste, All men are liars.

So brutish was I, and ignorant; I was as a beast before thee.

I have considered the days of old, The years of ancient times.
