For there is a cup in the Lord’s hand, full of wine blended with spices, and He pours from it. All the wicked of the earth will drink, draining it to the dregs.

耶和華執爵、酒味殊烈、調劑甚厚、主斟之出、俾天下惡人、啜其渣滓兮。

主手持杯、滿斟醲酒、酒沫外溢、將酒傾出、使地上惡人、吸盡渣滓、

In the hand of the Lord is a cup full of foaming wine mixed with spices; he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth drink it down to its very dregs.

In the hand of the Lord is a cup. It is full of wine mixed with spices. It is the wine of his anger. He pours it out. All the evil people on earth drink it down to the very last drop.

For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup with foaming wine, well mixed, and he pours out from it, and all the wicked of the earth shall drain it down to the dregs.

For in Yahweh’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

Let his own eyes see his demise; let him drink from the Almighty’s wrath!

He will rain burning coals and sulfur on the wicked; a scorching wind will be their portion.

This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, said to me:“ Take this cup of the wine of wrath from My hand and make all the nations I am sending you to, drink from it.

And a third angel followed them and spoke with a loud voice:“ If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,he will also drink the wine of God’s wrath, which is mixed full strength in the cup of His anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the sight of the holy angels and in the sight of the Lamb,

The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the Great was remembered in God’s presence; He gave her the cup filled with the wine of His fierce anger.

Those who linger over wine, those who go looking for mixed wine.

You have made Your people suffer hardship; You have given us wine to drink that made us stagger.

“ Then you are to say to them: This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: Drink, get drunk, and vomit. Fall down and never get up again, as a result of the sword I am sending among you.If they refuse to take the cup from you and drink, you are to say to them: This is what the Lord of Hosts says: You must drink!

Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine, who are fearless at mixing beer,

So I took the cup from the Lord’s hand and made all the nations drink from it, everyone the Lord sent me to.

Wake yourself, wake yourself up! Stand up, Jerusalem, you who have drunk the cup of His fury from the hand of the Lord; you who have drunk the goblet to the dregs— the cup that causes people to stagger.

This is what your Lord says— Yahweh, even your God, who defends His people—“ Look, I have removed the cup of staggering from your hand; that goblet, the cup of My fury. You will never drink it again.

Therefore His people turn to them and drink in their overflowing words.
