義人的口說出智慧，他的舌頭講論公平。

善人由善之庫房裏發出善來；惡人由邪惡之庫房裏發出邪惡來。

我的口要敘說你的義氣，要終日傳述你的拯救；因為其數目我並不知。

我的口滿了你可頌可讚的事；我終日歌頌的是你的榮美。

任何壞話都別說出口了；卻要說按需要能建立人的好話，好將溫雅之恩給聽的人。

你們要將這些話教訓你們的兒女、來講論；無論你是坐在家裏，是行在路上，是躺下、是起來，都要講論。

義人的舌頭如同紋銀；惡人的心所值無幾。義人的嘴脣牧養多人；愚妄人因無心思而早死。

因為基督必須掌王權，等到他把一切仇敵都處置在自己的腳下。

我親眼看到那窺伺我者遭報，我親耳聽見那起來攻擊我、的惡人受罰。
