You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it.

有一條河給上帝的城——至高者的聖所帶來喜樂。

祂從天上的樓閣降雨在山間，大地因祂的作為而豐美富饒。祂使綠草如茵，滋養牲畜，讓人種植作物，享受大地的出產，有沁人心懷的醇酒、滋潤容顏的膏油、增強活力的五穀。

上帝啊，你降下沛雨，滋潤你乾旱的產業——以色列，讓你的子民得以安居在那裡。上帝啊，你滿懷恩慈地供養窮苦人。

你們心中從未說，我們要敬畏我們的上帝耶和華，祂按時降下秋雨和春雨，讓我們按時收割。

你要勸誡那些今世富足的人不要高傲，也不要冀望於靠不住的錢財，要信靠將萬物厚賜給我們享用的上帝。你要勸他們多多行善、慷慨施捨、樂意助人。

我就按時降雨給你們，使土地長出莊稼、果樹結出果實。

在列國供奉的偶像中，誰能賜下雨水呢？天能自降甘霖嗎？我們的上帝耶和華啊，難道不是只有你能行這些事嗎？是你賜雨水降甘霖，所以我們仰望你。

祂命雪降在大地，令雨傾盆倒下，使人們停下工作，以便世人都知道祂的作為。野獸躲進窩裡，留在洞中。暴風從南天而來，寒流由北方而至。上帝噓氣成冰，使寬闊的水面凝結。祂使密雲佈滿水氣，從雲端發出閃電。雲隨祂的指令旋轉，在地面之上完成祂的吩咐，或為懲罰大地，或為彰顯慈愛。

卻從未停止用美善的事證實自己的存在。祂常施恩惠，降下甘霖，賞賜豐年，又叫你們衣食飽足，滿心喜樂。」

祂使你四境平安，飽享上好的麥子。

錫安的人民啊，你們應當歡喜快樂，從你們的上帝耶和華那裡得到喜樂。因為祂按時降下甘霖，像從前一樣賜給你們秋雨、春雨。麥場必堆滿五穀，酒槽裡的酒和油槽裡的油必滿溢。「我派蝻蟲、蚱蜢、螞蚱和蝗蟲大軍在那些年所吃掉的，我要補償你們。你們必吃得飽足，並讚美你們的上帝耶和華的名，因祂為你們行了奇事。我的子民永遠不會再蒙羞。

祂降下雨水澆灌大地，賜下甘霖滋潤田園。祂提拔卑微的人，庇護哀痛的人。

祂以雲霞遮蔽天空，降雨水滋潤大地，使山上長出綠草。祂賜食物給走獸，餵養嗷嗷待哺的小烏鴉。

而你們將要佔領的那片土地卻有山有谷，雨水充足，你們的上帝耶和華從歲首到年終時時看顧那裡。

你賜下豐年福月，你的腳蹤恩澤滿溢。

以撒在那裡耕種，耶和華賜福給他，那一年他得了百倍的收成。

後來，拿俄米在摩押聽說耶和華眷顧祂的子民，使他們五穀豐登，就帶著兩個兒媳婦準備回故鄉。

耕種田地，栽植葡萄園，收成豐碩。

天使讓我看城內街道當中一道流淌著生命水的河，清澈如水晶，從上帝和羔羊的寶座那裡流出。

上帝啊，你是我的上帝，我迫切地尋求你！在乾旱荒涼之地，我的心渴慕你，渴慕你！
