You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it.

有一条河给上帝的城——至高者的圣所带来喜乐。

祂从天上的楼阁降雨在山间，大地因祂的作为而丰美富饶。祂使绿草如茵，滋养牲畜，让人种植作物，享受大地的出产，有沁人心怀的醇酒、滋润容颜的膏油、增强活力的五谷。

上帝啊，你降下沛雨，滋润你干旱的产业——以色列，让你的子民得以安居在那里。上帝啊，你满怀恩慈地供养穷苦人。

你们心中从未说，我们要敬畏我们的上帝耶和华，祂按时降下秋雨和春雨，让我们按时收割。

你要劝诫那些今世富足的人不要高傲，也不要冀望于靠不住的钱财，要信靠将万物厚赐给我们享用的上帝。你要劝他们多多行善、慷慨施舍、乐意助人。

我就按时降雨给你们，使土地长出庄稼、果树结出果实。

在列国供奉的偶像中，谁能赐下雨水呢？天能自降甘霖吗？我们的上帝耶和华啊，难道不是只有你能行这些事吗？是你赐雨水降甘霖，所以我们仰望你。

祂命雪降在大地，令雨倾盆倒下，使人们停下工作，以便世人都知道祂的作为。野兽躲进窝里，留在洞中。暴风从南天而来，寒流由北方而至。上帝嘘气成冰，使宽阔的水面凝结。祂使密云布满水气，从云端发出闪电。云随祂的指令旋转，在地面之上完成祂的吩咐，或为惩罚大地，或为彰显慈爱。

却从未停止用美善的事证实自己的存在。祂常施恩惠，降下甘霖，赏赐丰年，又叫你们衣食饱足，满心喜乐。”

祂使你四境平安，饱享上好的麦子。

锡安的人民啊，你们应当欢喜快乐，从你们的上帝耶和华那里得到喜乐。因为祂按时降下甘霖，像从前一样赐给你们秋雨、春雨。麦场必堆满五谷，酒槽里的酒和油槽里的油必满溢。“我派蝻虫、蚱蜢、蚂蚱和蝗虫大军在那些年所吃掉的，我要补偿你们。你们必吃得饱足，并赞美你们的上帝耶和华的名，因祂为你们行了奇事。我的子民永远不会再蒙羞。

祂降下雨水浇灌大地，赐下甘霖滋润田园。祂提拔卑微的人，庇护哀痛的人。

祂以云霞遮蔽天空，降雨水滋润大地，使山上长出绿草。祂赐食物给走兽，喂养嗷嗷待哺的小乌鸦。

而你们将要占领的那片土地却有山有谷，雨水充足，你们的上帝耶和华从岁首到年终时时看顾那里。

你赐下丰年福月，你的脚踪恩泽满溢。

以撒在那里耕种，耶和华赐福给他，那一年他得了百倍的收成。

后来，拿俄米在摩押听说耶和华眷顾祂的子民，使他们五谷丰登，就带着两个儿媳妇准备回故乡。

耕种田地，栽植葡萄园，收成丰硕。

天使让我看城内街道当中一道流淌着生命水的河，清澈如水晶，从上帝和羔羊的宝座那里流出。

上帝啊，你是我的上帝，我迫切地寻求你！在干旱荒凉之地，我的心渴慕你，渴慕你！
