予今在約但河濱、黑門地、米薩山、中心屈抑、追念上帝之恩兮、

救我於深淵、出我於淤泥、使我固立、若處重巖兮。

爾遭患難、不納慰藉、若飄於颶風、我必以光石青玉作爾基、

遂攜彼得、雅各、約翰、同行、驚訝哀慟、曰、我心甚憂、瀕死矣、爾曹居此儆醒、

故我膽喪兮、我魂失兮、

我何拳曲不勝、中心不安兮、當仰望我之上帝、必得眷祐、而頌美之兮。
