恶人狂妄地追逼穷苦人，愿他们落入自己所设的圈套。

我告诉你们，在审判之日，人将为自己所说的每一句闲话负责，因为将来要凭你口中的话来判断你是否有罪。”

诡诈之徒啊！你会受到怎样的惩罚呢？你会有什么下场呢？等待你的是勇士的利箭和炙热的炭火。

正直人被义行所救，奸诈者被私欲所掳。

但他们坚持说：“这个人从加利利开始一直到这里，在犹太地区四处传道，煽动民心。”

主啊，我们的邻邦羞辱你，求你以七倍的羞辱来报应他们。

到那天，你必不再因背叛我而感到羞愧，因为那时我必除掉你那里狂妄自大的人，你在我的圣山上必不再高傲。

他喜欢咒诅人，愿咒诅临到他；他不喜欢祝福人，愿祝福远离他。他咒诅成性，愿咒诅如水侵入他的身体，如油浸透他的骨头。

愿那些围攻我的人自食恶果。愿火炭落在他们身上，愿他们被丢进火里，被抛进深坑，不得翻身。

你若被自己口中的话套住，被自己的诺言缠住，

众人都说：“流祂血的责任由我们和我们的子孙承担！”

但上帝必用箭射他们，将他们突然射倒在地。他们必自作自受，被自己的舌头所害。看见的人都嘲笑他们。
