顚沛流離。惟主知之。落魄之淚。惟主貯之。貯之於壺。錄之於書。

Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me.

I shattered them, so that they were not able to rise; They fell under my feet.For You have encircled me with strength for battle; You have forced those who rose up against me to bow down under me.You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, And I destroyed those who hated me.They cried for help, but there was no one to save, They cried to the Lord, but He did not answer them.Then I beat them fine like the dust before the wind; I emptied them out like the mud of the streets.

So Moses said to Joshua,“ Choose men for us and go out, fight against Amalek. Tomorrow I will station myself on the top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.”Joshua did just as Moses told him, and fought against Amalek; and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.So it came about, when Moses held his hand up, that Israel prevailed; but when he let his hand down, Amalek prevailed.

“ Be broken, you peoples, and be shattered; And listen, all remote places of the earth. Get ready, yet be shattered; Get ready, yet be shattered.Devise a plan, but it will fail; State a proposal, but it will not stand, For God is with us.”
