他在萬有之先；萬有也靠他而立。

憑你的慈愛剪除我的仇敵，滅絕一切苦待我的人，因我是你的僕人。

拯救我們的神啊，你必以威嚴秉公義應允我們；你本是一切地極和海上遠處的人所倚靠的。

這猶太人殺了主耶穌和先知，又把我們趕出去。他們不得神的喜悅，且與眾人為敵，不許我們傳道給外邦人使外邦人得救，常常充滿自己的罪惡。神的忿怒臨在他們身上已經到了極處。

因為斷定罪名不立刻施刑，所以世人滿心作惡。

他們不像別人受苦，也不像別人遭災。所以，驕傲如鏈子戴在他們的項上；強暴像衣裳遮住他們的身體。

主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。諸山未曾生出，地與世界你未曾造成，從亙古到永遠，你是神。

這些國的神有誰曾救自己的國脫離我的手呢？難道耶和華能救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎？』」

摩押自幼年以來常享安逸，如酒在渣滓上澄清，沒有從這器皿倒在那器皿裏，也未曾被擄去。因此，它的原味尚存，香氣未變。

那時，我必用燈巡查耶路撒冷；我必懲罰那些如酒在渣滓上澄清的；他們心裏說：耶和華必不降福，也不降禍。

神聽見就發怒，極其憎惡以色列人。

愚昧人背道，必殺己身；愚頑人安逸，必害己命。
