Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, you who are God my Savior, and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.

You are the God who saves me. I have committed murder. God, take away my guilt. Then my tongue will sing about how right you are no matter what you do.

Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, O God of my salvation, and my tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.

Forgive me for shedding blood, O God who saves; then I will joyfully sing of your forgiveness.

Save me from the guilt of bloodshed, God— God of my salvation— and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.

Wherefore hast thou despised the word of Jehovah, to do that which is evil in his sight? thou hast smitten Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.

And my tongue shall talk of thy righteousness And of thy praise all the day long.

And when they opposed themselves and blasphemed, he shook out his raiment and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.

There is nought but swearing and breaking faith, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery; they break out, and blood toucheth blood.

Gather not my soul with sinners, Nor my life with men of blood;

But Israel shall be saved by Jehovah with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be put to shame nor confounded world without end.

God is unto us a God of deliverances; And unto Jehovah the Lord belongeth escape from death.

O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, let thine anger and thy wrath, I pray thee, be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain; because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are round about us.

For being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.

When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die, and thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way; that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at thy hand.

And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great guilt, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such a remnant,

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid: for Jehovah, even Jehovah, is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.

Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; For thou art the God of my salvation; For thee do I wait all the day.

O Jehovah, the God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee.

And there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David sought the face of Jehovah. And Jehovah said, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he put to death the Gibeonites.

My mouth shall tell of thy righteousness, And of thy salvation all the day; For I know not the numbers thereof.I will come with the mighty acts of the Lord Jehovah: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.O God, thou hast taught me from my youth; And hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.Yea, even when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not, Until I have declared thy strength unto the next generation, Thy might to every one that is to come.Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high; Thou who hast done great things, O God, who is like unto thee?Thou, who hast showed us many and sore troubles, Wilt quicken us again, And wilt bring us up again from the depths of the earth.Increase thou my greatness, And turn again and comfort me.I will also praise thee with the psaltery, Even thy truth, O my God: Unto thee will I sing praises with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.My lips shall shout for joy when I sing praises unto thee; And my soul, which thou hast redeemed.My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long; For they are put to shame, for they are confounded, that seek my hurt.

Yet I will rejoice in Jehovah, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation.

Howbeit thou art just in all that is come upon us; for thou hast dealt truly, but we have done wickedly;

And Reuben answered them, saying, Spake I not unto you, saying, Do not sin against the child; and ye would not hear? therefore also, behold, his blood is required.

And afterward, when David heard it, he said, I and my kingdom are guiltless before Jehovah for ever of the blood of Abner the son of Ner:

O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of face, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.

I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with my whole heart; And I will glorify thy name for evermore.For great is thy lovingkindness toward me; And thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.

Wherefore I testify unto you this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.
