“ Listen, my people, and I will speak; I will testify against you, Israel: I am God, your God.

祂说：“我的子民啊，听我说！以色列啊，我要指控你！我是上帝，是你的上帝。

“我的子民哪！你们要听，我要说话；以色列啊！我要控诉你；我是神，是你的神。

“听啊，我的子民，我要说话！以色列啊，我要告诫你！我是神，是你的神。

我的民哪，你們當聽我的話！以色列啊，我要勸戒你；我是神，是你的神！

「聽啊，我的子民，我要說話！以色列啊，我要審問你；我是上帝，是你的上帝！

「聽啊，我的子民，我要說話！以色列啊，我要審問你；我是神，是你的神！

祂說：「我的子民啊，聽我說！以色列啊，我要指控你！我是上帝，是你的上帝。

“我的子民哪！你們要聽，我要說話；以色列啊！我要控訴你；我是神，是你的神。

『我的人民哪，你們要聽，我要說話；以色列啊，聽吧，我要控訴你，我永恆主、你的上帝、要控訴。

「聽啊，我的子民，我要說話！以色列啊，我要告誡你！我是神，是你的神。

我民歟、爾其聽之、我則宣言、以色列歟、我將戒爾、我乃上帝、爾之上帝兮、

以色列族、我之人民、宜聽我言、我乃爾之上帝、將督責爾過兮、

我民須聽、我將有言、以色列乎、我警戒爾、我乃天主、即爾之天主、

告爾義塞民。吾乃爾之神。

God says,“ Listen, my people, and I will speak. I will be a witness against you, Israel. I am God, your God.

“ Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God.

“ O my people, listen as I speak. Here are my charges against you, O Israel: I am God, your God!

“ Listen, my people, and I will speak; I will testify against you, Israel. I am God, your God.

“ Hear, My people, and I will speak; Israel, I will testify against you; I am God, your God.

“ Hear, O My people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you; I am God, your God!

Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, even thy God.

“ Listen, My people, and I will speak; I will testify against you, Israel. I am God, your God.

Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I[ am] God,[ even] thy God.

He says:“ Listen my people! I am speaking! Listen Israel! I am accusing you! I am God, your God!

“ Hear, my people, and I will speak. Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God.

Hear me, my people, and I will warn you— if you would only listen to me, Israel!

“ I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

“ Now write down this song and teach it to the Israelites and have them sing it, so that it may be a witness for me against them.When I have brought them into the land flowing with milk and honey, the land I promised on oath to their ancestors, and when they eat their fill and thrive, they will turn to other gods and worship them, rejecting me and breaking my covenant.And when many disasters and calamities come on them, this song will testify against them, because it will not be forgotten by their descendants. I know what they are disposed to do, even before I bring them into the land I promised them on oath.”

“ Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord.“ Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.

For the sake of his great name the Lord will not reject his people, because the Lord was pleased to make you his own.As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right.But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.Yet if you persist in doing evil, both you and your king will perish.”

Hear the word of the Lord, you descendants of Jacob, all you clans of Israel.This is what the Lord says:“ What fault did your ancestors find in me, that they strayed so far from me? They followed worthless idols and became worthless themselves.

I am the Lord your God; follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.Keep my Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.”

Hear this, all you peoples; listen, all who live in this world,

I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.“ But my people would not listen to me; Israel would not submit to me.So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices.

Therefore the Lord his God delivered him into the hands of the king of Aram. The Arameans defeated him and took many of his people as prisoners and brought them to Damascus. He was also given into the hands of the king of Israel, who inflicted heavy casualties on him.

Listen to what the Lord says:“ Stand up, plead my case before the mountains; let the hills hear what you have to say.“ Hear, you mountains, the Lord’s accusation; listen, you everlasting foundations of the earth. For the Lord has a case against his people; he is lodging a charge against Israel.“ My people, what have I done to you? How have I burdened you? Answer me.I brought you up out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. I sent Moses to lead you, also Aaron and Miriam.My people, remember what Balak king of Moab plotted and what Balaam son of Beor answered. Remember your journey from Shittim to Gilgal, that you may know the righteous acts of the Lord.”With what shall I come before the Lord and bow down before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of olive oil? Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine,you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.”

and say to them:‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of Jacob and revealed myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them,“ I am the Lord your God.”

“ You warned them in order to turn them back to your law, but they became arrogant and disobeyed your commands. They sinned against your ordinances, of which you said,‘ The person who obeys them will live by them.’ Stubbornly they turned their backs on you, became stiff- necked and refused to listen.For many years you were patient with them. By your Spirit you warned them through your prophets. Yet they paid no attention, so you gave them into the hands of the neighboring peoples.

The Lord warned Israel and Judah through all his prophets and seers:“ Turn from your evil ways. Observe my commands and decrees, in accordance with the entire Law that I commanded your ancestors to obey and that I delivered to you through my servants the prophets.”

“ Therefore I bring charges against you again,” declares the Lord.“ And I will bring charges against your children’s children.

“ So I will come to put you on trial. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive the foreigners among you of justice, but do not fear me,” says the Lord Almighty.

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say,‘ They are my people,’ and they will say,‘ The Lord is our God.’”

You have declared this day that the Lord is your God and that you will walk in obedience to him, that you will keep his decrees, commands and laws— that you will listen to him.And the Lord has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession as he promised, and that you are to keep all his commands.

And I said to them,“ Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.”
