因為你才是做我保障的上帝；你為甚麼屏棄我？我為甚麼因仇敵之壓迫而出入悲哀呢？

因為你是作我保障的神。你為什麼拋棄了我呢？我又為什麼因仇敵的壓迫時常哀痛徘徊呢？

為我力之上帝、爾何為棄我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

上帝兮、爾素祐予、今何棄予如遺敵人暴虐、使我殷憂兮、

天主素嘗護庇我、今因何遺棄我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。豈不見橫逆之頻加兮。豈不聞小子之歔欷。

You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

You are God, my place of safety. Why have you turned your back on me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I beaten down by my enemies?

For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For you are God, my only safe haven. Why have you tossed me aside? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?

For you are the God of my refuge. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For you are the God who shelters me. Why do you reject me? Why must I walk around mourning because my enemies oppress me?

我要對上帝我的磐石說：『你為甚麼忘了我？我為甚麼須因仇敵的壓迫而時常悲哀呢？』

永恆主是我的力量、我的盾牌；我的心倚靠着他，我就得着幫助；所以我的心歡樂；我用他的詩歌稱讚他。

但那等候永恆主的、必從新得力；他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑，也不困倦，他們行走，也不疲乏。

因為永恆主必不丟棄他的人民，必不將他的產業撇下；

『人論到我都必說：義氣和能力惟在於永恆主；人都必回轉來歸向他；凡向他發怒的、必至於慚愧。

但我必使他們靠着永恆主而堅強，他們都必在他名下出入往來』：永恆主發神諭說。

永恆主是我的力量、我的詩歌，也成了我的救星。這位是我的上帝；我要讚美他；是我父的上帝；我要尊崇他。

『難道主要永遠屏棄，絕不再喜悅我？

『你呢、我兒所羅門哪，你要認識永恆主你父的上帝，全心樂意地事奉他，因為永恆主究察萬人的心，他明白一切思想的計畫。你若尋求他，他就給你尋見；你若離棄他，他就永遠屏絕你。

主永恆主，拯救我、的力量啊，當交鋒的日子你掩護了我的頭。

救我脫出人所埋藏要害我的羅網，因為你才是我的逃難所。

最後的話，你們要在主裏、靠他力量的權能作剛強的人。

但你卻屏棄了我們，屈辱了我們，不在我們的軍隊中去出戰。

求你不要在我年老時丟掉我；不要在我力氣消盡時將我撇下。

靠着那給我能力的、我總有力量應付萬事。
