因為你是賜我力量的神。你為甚麼棄絕我呢？我為甚麼因仇敵的壓迫徘徊悲哀呢？

你是作我保障的上帝，为何丢弃我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？

因為你才是做我保障的上帝；你為甚麼屏棄我？我為甚麼因仇敵之壓迫而出入悲哀呢？

因為你是作我保障的神。你為什麼拋棄了我呢？我又為什麼因仇敵的壓迫時常哀痛徘徊呢？

為我力之上帝、爾何為棄我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

上帝兮、爾素祐予、今何棄予如遺敵人暴虐、使我殷憂兮、

天主素嘗護庇我、今因何遺棄我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。豈不見橫逆之頻加兮。豈不聞小子之歔欷。

You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

You are God, my place of safety. Why have you turned your back on me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I beaten down by my enemies?

For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For you are God, my only safe haven. Why have you tossed me aside? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?

For you are the God of my refuge. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For you are the God who shelters me. Why do you reject me? Why must I walk around mourning because my enemies oppress me?

我要對神我的磐石說：“你為甚麼忘記我呢？我為甚麼因仇敵的壓迫徘徊悲哀呢？”

耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我的心倚靠他，我就得到幫助；所以我的心歡樂。我要用詩歌頌讚他。

但那些仰望耶和華的人，必重新得力；他們必像鷹一樣展翅上騰；他們奔跑，也不困倦，他們行走，也不疲乏。

因為耶和華必不丟棄他的子民，必不離棄他的產業。

人論到我必說：‘只有在耶和華裡面才有公義和能力’；向他發怒的，都必來到他面前，並且要蒙羞。

我必使我的子民因耶和華而強盛，他們要奉耶和華的名行事為人。”這是耶和華的宣告。

耶和華是我的力量，我的詩歌，也成了我的拯救；這是我的神，我要讚美他；他是我父的神，我要尊崇他。

主要永遠丟棄我，不再施恩嗎？

“至於你，我兒所羅門哪，你要認識耶和華你父親的神，一心樂意事奉他，因為耶和華鑒察萬人的心，知道人的一切心思意念。你若是尋求他，就必尋見；你若是離棄他，他必永遠丟棄你。

主耶和華，拯救我的力量啊，在爭戰的日子，你保護了我的頭。

求你救我脫離人為我暗設的網羅，因為你是我的避難所。

最後，你們要靠主的大能大力，在他裡面剛強。

現在，你卻棄絕我們，使我們受辱，不再和我們的軍隊一同出征。

我年老的時候，求你不要丟棄我；我氣力衰弱的時候，求你不要離棄我。

我靠著那加給我能力的，凡事都能作。
