By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.

During the day the Lord sends his love to me. During the night I sing about him. I say a prayer to the God who gives me life.

By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.

But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life.

The LORD will send his faithful love by day; his song will be with me in the night— a prayer to the God of my life.

愿圣民因所得的荣耀欢乐！愿他们在床上也欢呼！

但无人说：‘造我的上帝在哪里？他使人夜间歌唱，

上帝啊，你是我的君王，求你发命令使雅各得胜。

又好比黑门的甘露降在锡安山；因为在那里有耶和华所命定的福，就是永远的生命。

在你仓房里，以及你手所做的一切，耶和华必发令赐福给你。耶和华—你上帝也必在所赐你的地上赐福给你。

百夫长回答：“主啊，你到舍下来，我不敢当；只要你说一句话，我的僮仆就会痊愈。

你是我藏身之处，你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的欢呼四面环绕我。（细拉）

夜间我想起我的歌曲，我的心默想，我的灵仔细省察：

你们必唱歌，像守圣节的夜间一样；并且心中喜乐，像人吹笛，来到耶和华的山，到以色列的磐石那里。

我要称颂那指引我的耶和华，在夜间我的心肠也指教我。

约在半夜，保罗和西拉正在祷告，唱诗赞美上帝，众囚犯也侧耳听着的时候，

那践踏我的人辱骂我的时候，上帝必从天上施恩救我，（细拉）他必向我施行慈爱和信实。

我必在第六年发令赐福给你们，地就长出三年的农作物来。

耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我生命的保障，我还惧谁呢？

因为你们已经死了，你们的生命与基督一同藏在上帝里面。
