My soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon— from Mount Mizar.

My spirit is very sad deep down inside me. So I will remember you here where the Jordan River begins. I will remember you here on the Hermon mountains and on Mount Mizar.

my God! Now I am deeply discouraged, but I will remember you— even from distant Mount Hermon, the source of the Jordan, from the land of Mount Mizar.

我心里虚弱的时候，就从地极向你呼求；求你引导我到那比我更高的磐石。

我的灵在我里面衰竭的时候，我就记念耶和华，我的祷告达到你面前，达到你圣洁的殿。

我就来到神的祭坛，来到神——我最大的喜乐那里；神哪，我的神，我要用竖琴称谢你！

耶和华，拯救我的神哪，我昼夜在你面前呼求！愿我的祷告达到你面前，求你侧耳听我的呼声；因为我的生命充满患难，我的性命临近阴间，

我的神，我的神，你为什么离弃我？为什么远离不救我，不听我哀哼的话语？

下午三点左右，耶稣大声呼叫：“以利，以利！拉玛撒巴克达尼？”——这意思是：“我的神，我的神！你为什么离弃我？”

耶稣稍往前走，把脸伏在地上祷告说：“我父啊，如果有可能，让这杯离开我吧！但不要照我的意愿，而要照你的意愿。”

夜间我记起我的歌曲，我心中默想，灵里仔细省察：难道主要永远抛弃我们，不再悦纳我们吗？难道他的慈爱永久消逝，他的言语断绝，直到万代吗？难道神忘记了施恩，在怒气中收起了他的怜悯吗？细拉我就说：“我痛心的是：至高者右手的能力变了。”我要记念耶和华的作为，是的，我要记念你古时奇妙的事。

又像黑门的甘露降在锡安的众山上——因为在那里，耶和华命定了祝福，就是永远的生命。
