For troubles without number surround me; my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me.

There are more troubles all around me than I can count. My sins have caught up with me, and I can’t see any longer. My sins are more than the hairs of my head. I have lost all hope.

For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.

我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担，使我担当不起。

我的肉身和我的内心虽然渐渐衰弱，神却永远是我心里的磐石，是我的业分。

那些无故恨我的，比我的头发还多；无理与我为敌，要把我灭绝的，人数众多。我没有抢夺过的，竟要我偿还。

谁能知道自己的错误呢？求你赦免我隐而未现的过失。

死亡的绳索缠绕着我，阴间的痛苦抓住我；我遭遇患难和愁苦。

税吏却远远站着，连举目望天也不敢，只捶着胸说：‘神啊，可怜我这个罪人！’我告诉你们，这个人回家去，比那个倒算为义了。因为高抬自己的，必要降卑；自己谦卑的，必要升高。”

因为基督也曾一次为你们的罪死了，就是义的代替不义的，为要领你们到神面前。就肉体的方面说，他曾死去；就灵的方面说，他复活了；

天上的万象震动，人因为等待即将临到世界的事，都吓昏了。

我们众人都如羊走迷了路，各人偏行己路；耶和华却把我们众人的罪孽，都归在他身上。

于是对兄弟们说：“我的银子都归还了。你们看，就在我的布袋里。”他们就心里惊慌，彼此战战兢兢地说：“神向我们作的是什么呢？”

求你不要远离我，因为灾难临近了，却没有人帮助我。有许多公牛围着我，巴珊强壮的公牛困住了我。他们向我大大地张嘴，像抓撕吼叫的狮子。我好像水被倾倒出去，我全身的骨头都散脱了，我的心在我里面像蜡融化。我的精力像瓦片一样枯干，我的舌头紧黏着上颚，你把我放在死亡的尘土中。犬类围着我，恶党环绕我，他们扎了（按照《马索拉文本》，“他们扎了”作“像狮子”；现参照《七十士译本》等古译本翻译）我的手我的脚。我能数算我全身的骨头，他们却瞪着眼看我。他们彼此分了我的外衣，又为我的内衣抽签。至于你，耶和华啊！求你不要远离我；我的力量啊！求你快来帮助我。

因为我们的大祭司并不是不能同情我们的软弱，他像我们一样，也曾在各方面受过试探，只是他没有犯罪。
