兢兢守主道。必蒙主提挈。賜爾承大地。親見眾逆滅。

But God will break you down forever; He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent, And uproot you from the land of the living. SelahThe righteous will see and fear, And they will laugh at him, saying,

But You have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil.And my eye has looked at my enemies, My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me.

You will only look on with your eyes And see the retaliation against the wicked.

For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”

The highway of the upright is to turn away from evil; One who watches his way protects his life.

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you at the proper time,

Let your eyes look directly ahead And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.Watch the path of your feet, And all your ways will be established.Do not turn to the right or to the left; Turn your foot from evil.

He has given freely to the poor, His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted in honor.

so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which perishes though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
