兢兢守主道。必蒙主提挈。賜爾承大地。親見眾逆滅。

Hope in the Lord and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

但祂知道我的一舉一動，我被祂試煉後必如純金。我緊隨祂的腳步，持守祂的道，沒有偏離。我沒有違背祂的誡命，我珍視祂的話語勝過我日用的飲食。

要信靠耶和華，要行善，要在這片土地上安然度日。

要在耶和華面前安靜，耐心等候祂，不要因惡人道路通達、陰謀得逞而憤憤不平。

但堅忍到底的必定得救。

因為作惡的終必滅亡，但等候耶和華的必承受土地。

不要說：「我要以惡報惡」，要等候耶和華替你伸冤。

上帝必永遠毀滅你，祂必抓住你，把你從家裡拉出來，從活人之地剷除。（細拉）義人看見必心生敬畏，他們必嘲笑說：

你使我強壯如野牛，你用新油澆灌我。我親眼看見我的敵人被擊潰，親耳聽見那些攻擊我的惡人被打敗。

你必親眼目睹惡人受懲罰。

因為自高的人必遭貶抑，謙卑的人必得尊榮。」

正直人的大道遠離罪惡，堅守正道的保全性命。

所以你們要在上帝大能的手下謙卑，時候到了，祂必擢升你們。

眼睛要正視前方，雙目要向前直看。要鋪平腳下的路，使所行之道穩妥。不可偏右偏左，要遠離惡事。

他慷慨施捨，賙濟窮人；他的仁義永遠長存，他必充滿力量，得享尊榮。

義人堅守自己的道，手潔的人力量倍增。

這樣，你們的信心經過試驗便顯明是真實的，比那經過火煉仍會壞掉的金子更加寶貴，使你們可以在耶穌基督顯現時得到稱讚、榮耀和尊貴。
