As the hart panteth after the water brooks, So panteth my soul after thee, O God.

Blessed is every one that feareth Jehovah, That walketh in his ways.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none that doeth good.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the wicked, Nor standeth in the way of sinners, Nor sitteth in the seat of scoffers:But his delight is in the law of Jehovah; And on his law doth he meditate day and night.

O Jehovah of hosts, Blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? The lovingkindness of God endureth continually.

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: They walk, O Jehovah, in the light of thy countenance.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar- Jonah: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.

My heart overfloweth with a goodly matter; I speak the things which I have made touching the king: My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

Give ear to my prayer, O God; And hide not thyself from my supplication.

and cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee; for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.
