你的慈惠、你為敬畏你的人所珍藏、為避難於你裏面的人在人類面前所施行的、何其豐富啊！

在世人面前，你為敬畏你的人所留存的美善，為投靠你的人所行的美善，是何等豐富！

凡敬畏爾、託庇於爾者、爾於人前為備恩寵、何其宏大兮、

亦有人兮、維爾是畏、維爾是賴、福祉崇隆、眾目瞻仰、

敬畏主者、在世人前倚賴主者、主為其所積蓄所施行之恩惠、何其廣大、

How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.

You have stored up so many good things. You have stored them up for those who have respect for you. You give those things while everyone watches. You give them to people who run to you for safety.

Oh, how abundant is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you and worked for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of the children of mankind!

How great is the goodness you have stored up for those who fear you. You lavish it on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world.

How great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you. In the presence of everyone you have acted for those who take refuge in you.

How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, Which You have performed for those who take refuge in You, Before the sons of mankind!

Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!

How great is your favor, which you store up for your loyal followers! In plain sight of everyone you bestow it on those who take shelter in you.

然經有之：『天主為孝愛者所豫備諸事、實有目所未睹、耳所未聞、人心之所意想不到者焉。』

使吾人欣欣向榮、以望承其不朽不染不衰之洪基、斯則夙為爾曹預儲於天矣。蓋天主之神力、必能因爾之信德、保爾始終不渝、俾沐將顯於末日之恩澤也。

高尚其事、而不復汲汲於世俗之瑣事也。蓋爾已死；爾之生命、與基督同匿於天主懷中。基督乃吾人之真生命、一俟基督之顯、爾將與之同顯於光榮之中。

親愛之兄弟、爾其諦聽、斯世之貧人、乃天主之所眷顧、使其富於信德、而簡為天國之嗣子。蓋天國特為愛慕天主之人而設也。

指我生命路。飫我瞻仰欣。吾主之右手。永為福樂源。

嗚呼、天父愛吾人之深、待吾人之厚、有不能言喻者焉。吾人竟蒙恩召、得稱為天主之子女、而亦實為天主之子女矣。然則吾人之不容於世、不亦宜乎；即天主亦未嘗見容於世也。愛友乎、吾人今茲已為天主之子女矣。前途之光明、不可思議。惟當吾主顯現之日、吾人必獲見其本來面目、而酷肖之、此則吾人之所知也。

心中饒甘味。舌端宣歡意。我主施聖蹟。列邦亦驚異。我主大作為。實令我心慰。

夫天主之所以創造吾人者、正為此事；且已授吾人以聖神為其保證。

大慈宜永懷。正直當讚揚。寬仁不輕怒。慈悲蘊心腸。博愛無私覆。萬物熙春陽。

主之正直峻於嶽。主之睿斷深於淵。人畜草木盡覆載。好生之德洵無邊。世人咸庇卵翼下。安居大宅飫肥鮮。主復飲以靈川水。在主身邊有活泉。吾人沐浴靈光內。眼見光明心怡然。

讌我群敵前。感爾恩施優。靈膏沐我首。玉爵盈欲流。

迪我以聖謨。入我光榮錄。在天惟有主。在地無他樂。身心雖枯竭。靈魂永有託。

天主待吾族。恩遇豈云薄。但能抱精一。莫不承優渥。

至踐履真道者、自與真光相親、所以彰其所行悉與天主相契合也。』

不見天主之慈而且嚴、寬猛相濟乎？其於隕越者、亦云嚴矣；而於爾曹、亦云慈矣。

便雅明者。實為最幼。蒙主拔舉。為眾之首。次及樹德。布倫拿阜。濟濟牧伯。皆屬優秀。

爾等不惟體恤囹圄中人、即自己產業之被劫奪、亦能逆來順受、且欣然自樂、固知另有盡善盡美、可大可久之嗣業在也。

眾皆默然。後聆巴拿巴、葆樂詳述天主假其手在異邦人中所行之靈異神蹟。
