To you, Lord, I call; you are my Rock, do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you remain silent, I will be like those who go down to the pit.

Lord, my Rock, I call out to you. Pay attention to me. If you remain silent, I will die. I will be like those who go down into the grave.

To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, be not deaf to me, lest, if you be silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.

I pray to you, O Lord, my rock. Do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you are silent, I might as well give up and die.

耶和华啊，求你速速应允我！我的心神耗尽！求你不要转脸不顾我，免得我像那些下入地府的人一样。

上帝啊，求你不要静默！上帝啊，求你不要闭口，不要不作声！

我们好像阴间，把他们活活吞下，囫囵吞下，如吞下那下到地府的人；

耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的上帝、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡。

我与下到地府的人同列，如同无人帮助的人一样。我被丢在死人中，好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里，不再被你记得，与你的手隔绝了。你把我放在极深的地府里，在黑暗地，在深处。

扔在无底坑里，把无底坑关闭，用印封上，使它不再迷惑列国，等到那一千年满了。这些事以后，它必须暂时被释放。

上帝救赎我的性命免入地府，我的生命也必见光。’

原来，阴间不能称谢你，死亡不能颂扬你，下到地府的人也不能盼望你的信实。

“我被害流血，下到地府，有何益处呢？尘土岂能称谢你、传扬你的信实吗？

你们当倚靠耶和华，直到永远，因为耶和华，耶和华是永远的磐石。

耶和华啊，你已经看见了，求你不要沉默！主啊，求你不要远离我！

我的上帝啊，我白日呼求，你不应允；夜间呼求，也不得安宁。

我要向上帝发声呼求；我向上帝发声，他必侧耳听我。

我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上应允我。（细拉）

我的王，我的上帝啊，求你留心听我呼求的声音！因为我向你祈祷。

求你不容波涛漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容深坑在我以上合口。

我出声哀告耶和华，出声恳求耶和华。

我要对上帝—我的磐石说：“你为何忘记我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？”

“耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，侧耳听我的呼求！我流泪，求你不要静默无声！因为在你面前我是客旅，是寄居的，像我列祖一般。
