To you, Lord, I call; you are my Rock, do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you remain silent, I will be like those who go down to the pit.

To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, be not deaf to me, lest, if you be silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.

耶和華啊，求你速速應允我！我心神耗盡！不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一樣。

神啊，求你不要靜默！神啊，求你不要閉口，也不要不作聲！

我們好像陰間，把他們活活吞下；他們如同下坑的人，被我們囫圇吞了；

耶和華是我的巖石，我的山寨，我的救主，我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高臺。

我算和下坑的人同列，如同無力的人一樣。我被丟在死人中，好像被殺的人躺在墳墓裏。他們是你不再記念的，與你隔絕了。你把我放在極深的坑裏，在黑暗地方，在深處。

扔在無底坑裏，將無底坑關閉，用印封上，使牠不得再迷惑列國。等到那一千年完了，以後必須暫時釋放牠。

神救贖我的靈魂免入深坑；我的生命也必見光。

原來，陰間不能稱謝你，死亡不能頌揚你；下坑的人不能盼望你的誠實。

我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？

你們當倚靠耶和華直到永遠，因為耶和華是永久的磐石。

耶和華啊，你已經看見了，求你不要閉口！主啊，求你不要遠離我！

我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不應允，夜間呼求，並不住聲。

我要向神發聲呼求；我向神發聲，他必留心聽我。

我用我的聲音求告耶和華，他就從他的聖山上應允我。（細拉）

我的王我的神啊，求你垂聽我呼求的聲音！因為我向你祈禱。

求你不容大水漫過我，不容深淵吞滅我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。

我發聲哀告耶和華，發聲懇求耶和華。

我要對神－我的磐石說：你為何忘記我呢？我為何因仇敵的欺壓時常哀痛呢？

耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告，留心聽我的呼求！我流淚，求你不要靜默無聲！因為我在你面前是客旅，是寄居的，像我列祖一般。
