孰不寅畏兮大主、孰不頌美兮芳名。至善兮惟爾、普世兮共欽、共欽兮何故、睿斷兮彰明。

欲汝啟眾民萬邦之目、使自黑暗轉向光明、脫沙殫之掌握而歸依天主、俾以信予之故、而獲罪赦、與一切因信成聖者同嗣洪基。」亞基帕王乎、予於天示靈驗、不敢不敬；乃毅然以傳道為己任、先於大馬士革、繼於耶路撒冷及猶太全境、爰及異邦、勸人幡然悔改、歸向天主、且實踐聖道、以稱悔改之心。

四海為家。八絃為閭。

普世誦恩。萬民謳德。

惟願我子孫。讚主無窮已。西溫全盛日。瑟琳映光輝。

今則據先知之書、按天主之聖謨、而揭曉啟示、宣揚於天下萬民令其翕然歸於一信；

『諸君、胡為出此、吾亦猶人、稟性與爾無異；傳爾福音、正欲使爾棄絕此等荒謬之事、而歸心於手創天地瀛海萬有之天主。

救恩被邇遐。舉世所目擊。

外間頗有人嘖嘖稱道吾儕如何獲爾之心、爾等如何拋棄偶像、歸依聖教、兢兢業業、奉事永生真實之天主、

勸化猶太及希臘人士、悔過自新、歸向天主、信賴吾主耶穌基督。
