願凡虔敬之人兮。播揚仁風。願雅谷之苗裔兮。聖道是弘。願義塞之子孫兮。惟主是崇。

For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.

基督在他肉身的日子里，曾经用强烈的呼号和泪水，向能救他脱离死亡的那一位献上了祈祷和恳求，就因着他的虔诚蒙了垂听。

我把我的背脊转给击打我的人，把我的脸颊转给扯我胡须的人；我没有掩面躲避羞辱和唾沫。因为主耶和华帮助我，所以我不受羞辱，因此我使我的脸坚毅如石；我知道我必不致蒙羞。称我为义的那一位，与我相近；谁敢与我争讼，就让我们一同站起！谁是控告我的，就让他近前来！看哪！主耶和华帮助我，谁能定我的罪呢？看哪！他们都必像衣服那样渐渐破旧；蛀虫必咬噬他们。

我在苦楚中呼求耶和华；耶和华回应了我，把我安置在宽阔之地。

死亡的绳索缠绕我，阴间的苦楚临到我；我遭遇患难和悲哀的事。那时我呼求耶和华的名：“哦，耶和华啊，求你救我的灵魂！”耶和华有恩惠、有公义，我们的神大有怜悯。耶和华保守无知的人，我衰微时，他就拯救我。

我的神哪，我白天呼求，你不回应；我在夜间也得不到安宁！

至于我，我困苦伤痛；神哪，愿你的救恩将我安置在高处！我要用诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢来尊他为大；这会使耶和华喜悦，胜过献上公牛，胜过献上有角有蹄的公牛犊。卑微人看见就欢喜，求问神的人哪，愿你们的心得以存活！因为耶和华垂听贫穷人，不轻视他被囚的子民。愿诸天和大地、海洋和其中游动的一切，都赞美他！

但我是虫，不是人；我遭人辱骂，被民众轻视。

我这困苦人呼求，耶和华就垂听，拯救我脱离一切的患难。

耶稣大声呼唤：“父啊，我把我的灵魂交托在你手中。”说完这话，就断了气。

我全身的骨头都要说：“耶和华啊，谁能像你呢？你解救困苦人脱离那些比他强大的；解救困苦人和贫穷人脱离那些抢夺他的。”

不要向你的仆人隐藏你的脸，因为我在危难中；求你快快回应我！
