因窮苦人受難之時、主未嘗藐視、未嘗厭棄、未嘗向其掩面、其呼籲時、主曾俯聽、

願凡虔敬之人兮。播揚仁風。願雅谷之苗裔兮。聖道是弘。願義塞之子孫兮。惟主是崇。

For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.

He has not forgotten the one who is hurting. He has not turned away from his suffering. He has not turned his face away from him. He has listened to his cry for help.

基督在世的时候，曾经流泪大声祷告恳求那位能救他脱离死亡的神；因着他的敬虔，就蒙了应允。

我把我的背给打我的人打，把我的腮颊给拔我胡须的人拔；我并没有掩面躲避人的羞辱和人的唾液。但主耶和华必帮助我，所以我必不羞愧，因此我板着脸好像坚硬的燧石，我也知道我必不会蒙羞。那称我为义的，与我相近；谁与我争讼呢？让我们一同站起来吧！谁是指控我的？让他就近我来。看哪！主耶和华帮助我，谁能定我有罪呢？看哪！他们都要像衣服渐渐破旧，蛀虫必把他们吃光。

我在急难中求告耶和华，他就应允我，使我站在宽阔之地。

死亡的绳索缠绕着我，阴间的痛苦抓住我；我遭遇患难和愁苦。那时，我呼求耶和华的名，说：“耶和华啊！求你拯救我。”耶和华有恩典，有公义，我们的神满有怜悯。耶和华保护愚蒙人，我落到卑微的地步，他拯救了我。

我的神啊！我日间呼求，你不应允；在晚上我还是不停止。

至于我，我是忧伤痛苦的人；神啊！愿你的救恩保护我。我要用诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢尊他为大。这就使耶和华喜悦，胜过献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。困苦的人看见了就喜乐；寻求神的人哪！愿你们的心苏醒。因为耶和华垂听了贫穷人的祷告，也不藐视属他自己、正被囚禁的人。愿天和地都赞美他，愿海洋和海中一切生物都赞美他。

但我是虫，不是人，是世上所羞辱的，也是众人所藐视的。

我这困苦人呼求，耶和华就垂听，拯救我脱离一切患难。

耶稣大声呼叫：“父啊，我把我的灵魂交在你手里。”说了这话，气就断了。

我全身的骨头都要说：“耶和华啊！有谁像你呢？你搭救困苦的人，脱离那些比他强盛的；搭救困苦和穷乏的人，脱离那些抢夺他的。”

求你不要向你的仆人掩面；求你快快应允我，因为我在困境之中。
