雅瑋聞此語。焉能長默默。已見弱者苦。已聞貧人泣。我今將興起。一慰長太息。務使貧與弱。各得其所適。

金科玉律。靡有不純。覩彼無道。孰能無瞋。

須臾離道。何以自存。

雖遭百罹。典章是欣。帝德罔愆。順之則生。

主為此。豈無因。欲吾族。守聖法。勉之哉。慎毋忒。

願將爾天書。

於此吾人更有何說？將謂法即罪乎？無是理也！法非罪、乃所以燭吾之罪耳。法若不曰「毋淫、」則吾將不知淫之為淫矣。

鑒我忠慤。莫令受虐。

典章炳煥。我心所慕。賜我生命。昭爾恩祜。

我生斯世。如客他鄉。他鄉寡歡。惟樂典章。

可師惟禮。怡養吾性。

惟恐獲罪。有忝洪恩。可頌惟主。教我明經。

若夫徒恃律法者、則實處於咒咀之下。經不云乎：『凡不遵行律法之一切規定者、應服咒詛。』是則無人能因律法而成義、不亦彰彰明甚。蓋「義者惟恃信德而有生命、」而律法則無與於信德、但云：『順此者存』而已。夫基督已代我受詛、而贖我於律法之詛矣。蓋經有云：『懸於木上者、服咒咀』也。

然則律法豈與恩諾相牴牾乎？無是理也。蓋所賜之律法、苟能予人以生命、則吾人所恃以成義者、誠在律法之中矣。

心歌腹詠。咀華含英。

振瞶發矇。童蒙悟道。

不見吾主兮。中心悒悒。黯然銷魂兮。將至何日。敵人高壓兮。何時得息。

身體聖誡。令我明哲。微妙玄通。遠勝諸敵。會心大道。師長擊節。遵行宏範。智邁父執。

是故法非不美、誡非不聖也；固善且美矣。豈善且美者、適足以促予之死耶？無是理也！致死之因、惟罪而已。正惟其能使善且美者、轉成致死之具、此罪之所以為罪也。在誡命之明鑒中、罪之醜態畢露矣。吾人固知法乃屬靈之器、然我乃血氣之倫、自鬻於罪、而作其奴。

倘爾擁有猶太人之名、以法為恃、以天主為誇、識天主之旨、且熟諳法意、洞悉精微自命為瞽者之相、昏者之光、愚者之師、童蒙之傅、以為一切真知妙識、皆備於法矣；
