顯爾殊恩、凡託庇於爾者、爾以右手援於其敵兮、

求主格外施恩、仰賴主者、主常以右手救其脫於仇敵、

Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes.

Show me the wonders of your great love. By using your great power, you save those who go to you for safety from their enemies.

Wondrously show your steadfast love, O Savior of those who seek refuge from their adversaries at your right hand.

Show me your unfailing love in wonderful ways. By your mighty power you rescue those who seek refuge from their enemies.

Display the wonders of your faithful love, Savior of all who seek refuge from those who rebel against your right hand.

Show Your wonderful faithfulness, Savior of those who take refuge at Your right hand From those who rise up against them.

Show Your marvelous lovingkindness by Your right hand, O You who save those who trust in You From those who rise up against them.

Display the wonders of Your faithful love, Savior of all who seek refuge from those who rebel against Your right hand.

Accomplish awesome, faithful deeds, you who powerfully deliver those who look to you for protection from their enemies.

Now I know that Yahweh saves his anointed. He will answer him from his holy heaven, with the saving strength of his right hand.

Praise be to Yahweh, for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a strong city.

But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.

Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

So that your beloved may be delivered, save with your right hand, and answer us.

Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this, which you now see and hear.

Your right hand, Yahweh, is glorious in power. Your right hand, Yahweh, dashes the enemy in pieces.

‘ For I will defend this city to save it, for my own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.’”

The law came in that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly;that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Don’t forget the helpless.Why does the wicked person condemn God, and say in his heart,“ God won’t call me into account?”But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into your hand. You help the victim and the fatherless.Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none.Yahweh is King forever and ever! The nations will perish out of his land.

Then David said to the Philistine,“ You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin; but I come to you in the name of Yahweh of Armies, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.Today, Yahweh will deliver you into my hand. I will strike you, and take your head from off you. I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines today to the birds of the sky, and to the wild animals of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,and that all this assembly may know that Yahweh doesn’t save with sword and spear; for the battle is Yahweh’s, and he will give you into our hand.”When the Philistine arose, and walked and came near to meet David, David hurried, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine.David put his hand in his bag, took a stone, and slung it, and struck the Philistine in his forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth.So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and struck the Philistine, and killed him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.Then David ran, stood over the Philistine, took his sword, drew it out of its sheath, killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled.The men of Israel and of Judah arose and shouted, and pursued the Philistines as far as Gai and to the gates of Ekron. The wounded of the Philistines fell down by the way to Shaaraim, even to Gath and to Ekron.The children of Israel returned from chasing after the Philistines and they plundered their camp.David took the head of the Philistine, and brought it to Jerusalem; but he put his armor in his tent.When Saul saw David go out against the Philistine, he said to Abner, the captain of the army,“ Abner, whose son is this youth?” Abner said,“ As your soul lives, O king, I can’t tell.”The king said,“ Inquire whose son the young man is!”As David returned from the slaughter of the Philistine, Abner took him and brought him before Saul with the head of the Philistine in his hand.

He did marvelous things in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,“ Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty! Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.

For Yahweh’s eyes run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. You have done foolishly in this; for from now on you will have wars.”

Whom have you defied and blasphemed? Against whom have you exalted your voice and lifted up your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Israel!

For they didn’t get the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them; but your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, because you were favorable to them.

Please forgive the trespass of your servant. For Yahweh will certainly make my lord a sure house, because my lord fights Yahweh’s battles. Evil will not be found in you all your days.Though men may rise up to pursue you, and to seek your soul, yet the soul of my lord will be bound in the bundle of life with Yahweh your God. He will sling out the souls of your enemies, as from the hollow of a sling.
