耶和华我的神啊！我已经投靠了你，求你拯救我脱离所有追赶我的人。求你搭救我，免得他们像狮子一般把我撕裂，把我撕碎的时候，也没有人搭救。

愿那些寻索我命的，蒙羞受辱；愿设计陷害我的，退后羞愧。

他对我说：“人子啊！这些骸骨就是以色列全家；他们常说：‘我们的骸骨枯干了，我们的盼望消失了；我们都灭亡了。’

使我脱离那些欺压我的恶人，脱离那些围绕我的死敌。他们闭塞了怜悯的心（“怜悯的心”原文作“他们的脂油”），口里说出骄傲的话。他们追踪我，现在把我围困了（“他们追踪我，现在把我围困了”原文作“他们围困了我们的脚步”）；他们瞪着眼，要把我推倒在地上。他们像急于撕碎猎物的狮子，又像蹲伏在隐密处的幼狮。耶和华啊！求你起来，迎面攻击他们，把他们打倒；用你的刀救我的命脱离恶人。

我被人完全忘记，如同死了的人，我好像破碎的器皿，我听见许多人的毁谤，四周都有惊吓；他们一同商议攻击我，图谋要取我的性命。

就任凭仇敌追赶我，直到追上，把我的性命践踏在地上，使我的光荣归于尘土。（细拉）
