耶和華歟、我呼籲爾、謂爾為我避所、在生人之地、爾為我業兮、

耶和華兮、我呼籲爾、爾範衛余、我之在世、惟爾是望兮、

倉皇顧我側。舉目無所親。孤身罹危厄。無人問死生。

I cry to you, Lord; I say,“ You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

Lord, I cry out to you. I say,“ You are my place of safety. You are everything I need in this life.”

I cry to you, O Lord; I say,“ You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

Then I pray to you, O Lord. I say,“ You are my place of refuge. You are all I really want in life.

I cry to you, LORD; I say,“ You are my shelter, my portion in the land of the living.”

我以主為我之生業、為我之福杯、我所得之分、主為我持守、

我若不信在生命地得見主恩、則必絕望、

天主護庇我儕、賜力於我儕、當患難時、極顯救濟、

時將至、今是矣、爾曹皆散、各歸其所、而遺我獨在、實則我非獨在、父偕我在也、

我身軀臟腑、雖至消亡、我心所倚賴如磐者、惟有天主、我以天主為永業、

我論主云、主為我之避所、我之保障、我之天主、為我所倚賴者、

我惟賴天主如磐、天主乃拯救我者、護庇我者、我必不至動搖、我仰賴天主得拯救、得榮耀、倚賴天主如堅固之磐、我在天主得蒙蔭庇、

主歟、我云謹守主言、此乃我之本分、

因我所倚賴之主、即至上之主、爾亦仰望護庇爾、故災患不及爾身、瘟疫不進爾幕、

惟主左右我、剛健我、致福音由我盡傳、俾異邦人皆聞之、且我得救、脫於獅口、

因主從死中救我生命、保祐我免於傾跌、使我在生命光中、奉事天主、

萬有之主保祐我儕、雅各之天主護庇我儕、細拉、

我心曰、我以主為業、故我仰望主、
