Like rocks brought up by a plow, the bones of the wicked will lie scattered without burial.

石頭怎樣破裂或裂開於地上的，他們的骨頭也必怎樣被擊散於陰間口。

他們說：「我們的骨頭散落在陰間口，就像人耕作翻地時的土塊。」

我之骸骨、散於墓側、若人耕田、所起之塊兮、

然彼仍害我儕、骸骨散於墓側、譬諸土壤、為人開墾兮、

我骨散於墓旁、猶如土壤被人開墾、

They will say,“ As one plows and breaks up the earth, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave.”

They will say,“ As clumps of dirt are left from plowing up the ground, so our bones will be scattered near an open grave.”

As when one plows and breaks up the earth, so shall our bones be scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

As when one plows and breaks up the soil, turning up rocks, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

As when one plows and breaks open the earth, Our bones have been scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

Our bones are scattered at the mouth of the grave, As when one plows and breaks up the earth.

As when one ploweth and cleaveth the earth, Our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

As when one plows and breaks up the soil, turning up rocks, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth[ wood] upon the earth.

As when one plows and breaks up the soil, so our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

“ As when one plows and breaks up the earth, our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.”

Terror will grip them, terror like they have never known before. God will scatter the bones of your enemies. You will put them to shame, for God has rejected them.

In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.

But for your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.

Some died by stoning, some were sawed in half, and others were killed with the sword. Some went about wearing skins of sheep and goats, destitute and oppressed and mistreated.

And their bodies will lie in the main street of Jerusalem, the city that is figuratively called“ Sodom” and“ Egypt,” the city where their Lord was crucified.And for three and a half days, all peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will stare at their bodies. No one will be allowed to bury them.
