天下之人。誰無罪尤。主若深究。孰能無憂。

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

Lord, suppose you kept a close watch on sins. Lord, who then wouldn’t be found guilty?

If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

Lord, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive?

LORD, if you kept an account of iniquities, Lord, who could stand?

If You, Lord, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could stand?

If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

If thou, Jehovah, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

Yahweh, if You considered sins, Lord, who could stand?

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

Do not sit in judgment on your servant, for no one alive is innocent before you.

If I sinned, then you would watch me and you would not acquit me of my iniquity.

You are awesome! Yes, you! Who can withstand your intense anger?

because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to withstand it?”

For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.But now apart from the law the righteousness of God( which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed–namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction,for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.But they are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

Although I am innocent, my mouth would condemn me; although I am blameless, it would declare me perverse.

When they persisted in asking him, he stood up straight and replied,“ Whoever among you is guiltless may be the first to throw a stone at her.”Then he bent over again and wrote on the ground.Now when they heard this, they began to drift away one at a time, starting with the older ones, until Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before him.

No one can withstand his indignation! No one can resist his fierce anger! His wrath is poured out like volcanic fire, boulders are broken up as he approaches.

All of us had wandered off like sheep; each of us had strayed off on his own path, but the LORD caused the sin of all of us to attack him.

Who can endure the day of his coming? Who can keep standing when he appears? For he will be like a refiner’s fire, like a launderer’s soap.

“ Truly, I know that this is so. But how can a human be just before God?If someone wishes to contend with him, he cannot answer him one time in a thousand.

What is man that he should be pure, or one born of woman, that he should be righteous?
