主尽管使人忧伤，祂依然怜悯人，因为祂有无限的慈爱。

他们愚昧无知，因为眼睛被封住以致看不见，心窍被塞住以致不明白。

但耶和华至今还没有赐给你们能明白的心、能看见的眼、能听清的耳。

因耶和华为我们所做的一切，我要述说祂的慈爱和祂可歌可颂的作为，述说祂本着怜悯和大爱赐给以色列人的厚恩。

使他们‘看了又看，却不领悟；听了又听，却不明白，免得他们回心转意，得到赦免。’”

祂没有忘记与他们立的约，因祂伟大无比的爱而怜悯他们。

因为你有无限的慈爱，我要进入你的居所，我要满怀敬畏地向你的圣殿下拜。

上帝啊，求你怜悯我，因为你的慈爱永不改变；求你除去我的过犯，因为你有无限的怜悯。

因此，你们要记住，从前按照肉体来说你们是外族人，那些肉体上受过人手所行割礼的以色列人称你们为“没有受过割礼的”。

耶稣知道他们的心思，就说：“你们为什么议论没有带饼的事呢？难道你们还不明白、不领悟吗？你们的心还是愚顽吗？你们有眼不会看，有耳不会听吗？你们不记得吗？我掰开五个饼分给五千人吃的时候，你们捡了多少篮的零碎呢？”门徒答道：“十二篮。”耶稣又说：“我用七个饼喂饱四千人的时候，你们捡了多少筐零碎呢？”门徒答道：“七筐。”耶稣接着说：“你们还不明白吗？”

“你们愚昧人喜爱愚昧，嘲讽者以嘲弄为乐，无知者厌恶知识，要到什么时候呢？
